Positive: somewhat large room, recently renovated, good hot shower at night
Negative: poor central heat, poor quality duvet and rough sheets, no hot shower in morning, complicated check in, no convenient luggage storage, terrible breakfast at mediocre bar downstairs, no late check out after 11am; no concierge ; design feels cheap and doesn’t live up to photos
Conclusion: do not stay here!

Top location, perfect cleanliness, room and surroundings Simple reception by appoin**ent, good advice Small restaurants around 15 minutes walk from the Vatican, direct bus from Termini Attention, rooms C and D overlook the back, quiet Breakfast is served at the corner cafe, funny
