Hotel Primavera

The hotel's location is perfect for tourists, with most attractions just a 15-minute walk away. Additionally, the nearby bus stop offers frequent service to farther points of interest. Housed in a beautifully renovated historic building, our triple room was spacious, impeccably clean, and very quiet. The good breakfast was included in the rate. The hotel staff were exceptionally friendly and eager to assist with navigating Rome. I highly recommend this hotel for couples or families of three seeking a memorable vacation stay in the city.

The hotel is perfectly located to most sites in Roma, walking or using the public transport. The service is exceptional. It is a small and friendly place, very clean and perfect for a few days in Rome.

Very nice and friendly hotel very close to Piazza Navona and Campo de Fiori. My room was decent size with TV and mini fridge. The bathroom was also a decent size with a shower. The room was comfortable. My room was on the inner courtyard and was pretty quiet. The breakfast consisted of rolls, pastry, sliced ham, sausage and cheese, yogurt, cereal, coffee. it was sufficient and there are many restaurants nearby. I would stay again.

Great stay, the rooms were clean, staff was very nice, and the area had so many great dining options.

The service we received from this place was impeccable! We were a group of three couples. Everyday was a busy day of sightseeing for us and we’ve have to leave the hotel early on some days. On those days they would send us a nice breakfast basket the night before so we could have breakfast before we leave or take it on the road. The staff would even contact us to ask if we would need breakfast baskets the next morning. Just hands down the best staff and hotel we’ve ever stayed in! The hotel may not be new, but it was super clean, smelled so good and have such a nice character. The rooms were nice and spacious as well. Best part was also that it was right on the spot as far as dinning,(literally around the corner and across!) tons of choices! Also shopping, etc. Super close to everything. Next door to Museo de Roma, 5mins walk to Navona square, 15 mins walk to Trevi Fountain and lots more! We literally walked to everywhere! We’ve had such a great experience in the beautiful city of Rome, top it off with the best place to stay! Thank you to such amazing staff of Hotel Primavera!

Hotel Primavera is a quiet, attractive, well-maintained hotel with unbelievably low rates right next to Piazza Navona. It is not a luxury hotel, but it is clean, cheerful, with a wonderful, helpful staff, and the location can’t be beat.

Just checked out after 4 nights stay. Not a luxury hotel for per se but not budget budget either. I think it just ticks all the boxes with an online rating of 8.9/10. How much do you need other than a comfortable stay really? How many of us have the big bucks for 5 star hotels? And how much extra happiness does 5 star hotel add to your trip? Anyway I speak for myself. Cleanliness is impeccable. Facilities are great with very strong WiFi connections. A modest yet not-at-all-bad breakfast is included in the room rate. Staff are helpful and owner is down to earth. Most noteworthy is the central location with vibrant dining and wining precincts. Overall it is a nice hotel which offers exceptional value. Well done.

It was wonderful! The hotel location was perfect. The staff was friendly. The place was very clean. They helped me book my transportation to the airport and skip the line ticket to Vatican. All for a very budget friendly price. I will highly recommend this hotel.
