👍：
1. Ottaviano Metro station一出就是住宿的地方，是最近梵蒂岡的Metro Station，十分方便
2. 附近有無數餐廳、Cafe、Supermarket、店鋪，要買嘢食嘢非常簡單快捷
3. 房東有Whatsapp可以聯絡，回覆都幾快，good hospitality，因為City Tax嘅問題都好耐心解釋俾我聽，Trip.com單據寫收24歐羅，去到話要收28歐羅，但最後都願意退返差額比我
4. 可以煮嘢食，基本上所有餐具爐具都有而且夠用，用嘅喺電磁爐，煮Pasta輕鬆無問題，仲有雪櫃/冰櫃同洗潔精
5. 雖然喺一樓，但有Lift，不過都要上少少樓梯
6. 要開大門鎖先入到大廈，所以都算幾安全
7. 有好多衣架，洗衫晾衫掛衫都冇問題
👎：
1. 比較難啲搵到實際住宿位置，要提早聯絡業主搵人開門，不過算幾快回覆
2. 床單枕頭有輕微污跡，不過我地自備枕頭袋同被單所以都okay
3. 住咗兩晚，無room service，不過可能喺類似公寓嘅關係，好似只喺住兩晚所以冇乜大影響
4. 冇沖涼或者洗頭用品，要自備洗頭水同沐浴露
5. 同一個單位有2-3間房，我地只喺住喺其中1間，夜晚會有其他人返嚟，輕微會有啲噪音
6. 夜晚大廈入面會比較黑，夜間外出或者返嚟會有少少驚
