St. Peter's Relax

Cristina (the owner) was incredibly kind even before we arrived. She let us leave our bags in the morning, even though check-in was scheduled for later. Furthermore, knowing we'd be leaving early in the morning and considering the incredibly hot weather in Rome, she left plenty of snacks and water in our room for all three of us! It was a lovely touch and much appreciated. Our room was a triple, called "ATHENA." It was very spacious, tastefully decorated in shades of white and pastel colors. Very relaxing. What really amazed me was how comfortable the beds were: more comfortable than those at home, with cozy memory foam pillows. After my afternoon nap, I felt reborn! Imagine the night before. It was incredibly hard to get up early to leave the room. Furthermore, to access the shared kitchen, there's a small corridor with LED lights that illuminate as you pass. The kitchen was equipped with a microwave, a large refrigerator, and a coffee area with a pod machine and delicious Borbone coffee (they left us 6 coffee pods in the room). Waking up in the afternoon well-rested and heading to the kitchen to refuel, with excellent coffee, macchiato with single-serve milk, accompanied by delicious biscuits and snacks was truly a treat! The rooms were spotless and quiet. The bathroom had a huge shower, which might seem superfluous, but the soaps smelled fantastic (I also liked this). The sink was a bit small, but extremely cute and functional. We also found some VERY cute toothbrushes. One each. I must say that given the modern furnishings (very modern and decorated with attention to detail, from the huge mirror in the hallway adorned with every kind of painting and picture...) and technological features (the front door opens with a code, LED lights that turn on with sensors...), the cleanliness, the comfort, and all the attention to detail, the price was truly perfect, considering it was August!
