This is a very small B&B three floors up in a building in Piazza Scanderbeg. You won't find any sign for Domus Trevi, just a label on the "buzzer" (along those for other building tenants) to enter the building. We arrived early and Raluca, the lovely lady who runs the place, answered promptly and came down to greet us and took our bags up on a small service elevator. The B&B is 3 flights up, so being able to navigate stairs for daily arrival and departures is recommended. We got checked in early at 1030A, got our keys, Raluca held our bags, and we came back after 1P to access our rooms which had our bags waiting in them. Raluca is extremely kind and accommodating. She sits down with you, and a map of Rome, shows you exactly where you are, and how to easily get to all the top sites in Rome. The location is excellent (literally a one minute walk to the Trevi Fountain). The rooms are a decent size and nicely appointed. Desk. Mini fridge. Wardrobe for hanging clothes. Comfortable bed. Each room has private bath with toilet, bidet, (small) shower & sink. Room and common areas were clean and well maintained. Easy to access building with key or "code" to enter day or night. Raluca provides an emergency number and is willing to help you out if ever needed. She lays out a nice breakfast of breads, pastries, yogurts, cereal, fruit, etc. And will make you an excellent coffee in the kitchen and make eggs to order. The place is tiny and not a hotel, but the location and the cost and the service make this a great value. Thank you Raluca for all you did to make our stay a great one.
