Since, it’s a 5 star premium hotel I would be brutal to rate it’s facilities. The amenities weren’t great, room was decent size but room doesn’t have decent setup, sofas, chairs, TV to bed distance all messed up. Everyday house keeping was horrible, they didn’t change the bidet towel, bedsheets without asking, didn’t filled tea-coffee etc. need to do lot of detail improvement because you are 5 star.

Not a 5 star for cleanliness. Dusty toliet. Claimed will refill a bottle of complimentary water automatically on a daily basis, truth is you won’t get a refill until u ring them

This hotel was the best hotel we have stayed in Italy! All the front desk staff were so welcoming and helpful. The hotel is also conveniently located near to the train station which is a plus point. I’ll definitely recommend this hotel and will be back if I’m coming back to Rome again!

The location is perfect, near the Termini station which connects you everywhere you go.
Termini station is not exactly safe as there are many homeless people camping and roaming around. We felt that the hotel was safe as the doors were locked and security guard is on duty to service the guests.
