We arrived late. The proprietor new we would be late. We had no instruction on entry to property and no one was there to help. The buzzer wasn’t answered and we honestly thought we’d need to get a taxi and find an alternative for the night. It’s also a bit isolated and scary. By luck a young man from an adjacent block could see our distress and phoned what I think was a different number and got someone. They had the temerity to give that young man all of the instructions and guidance to get us in the door and up the lift to our room and locate the key. Many thanks to the young man and none to the proprietor

Good morning, being unable for health reasons, I tried to speak with the structure for the request to change dates or free cancellation via email through booking. No response was provided to me either way. I think it was a great lack of respect and unprofessional behavior.

Room not bad, spacious. I was very annoyed by the cobwebs in the corners and the toilet paper already open when we arrived. Near the Clodio bus station, 15 minutes on foot from the metro and about twenty minutes from the Foro Italico. During the night we unplugged the mini fridge because it made very loud noises. I was surprised to come back in the evening and find the bed tidied up (being a B&B I didn't expect this service). not bad but can be improved

Pleasant stay in this B&B. Accurate cleaning and compliance with Anticovid standards A short distance from the Vatican and public transport. Very comfortable. The owner is very kind and available for any kind of information.

Stanza profumata calda e silenziosa ampia letto king size veramente super comodo bagno tutto nuovo . Ci si sente a casa . Accesso.con self chek in tramite codici dati al telefono con l'host. Corner caffè con cialde,wafer,.acqua minerale e succhi frutta tutti monouso ottimi appena svegli. Colazione al bar a pochi passi,cornetti buonissimi e via a piedi per musei tutti nelle vicinanze : Vaticano, Castel Sant' Angelo,Fontana di Trevi, Piazza Navona fino al Colosseo. Una calda doccia e via allo Stadio Olimpico che è vicinissimo. Ci troviamo bene e torneremo per i concerti l'estate.
