The AC was never working, they could never fix it. Neither could change me to another room so I had to sleep will all that heat and noise from the street (since I had to open the windows). The breakfast was good

First time in Roma, loved the easy accessibility to all major attractions. Very clean, comfortable and staff were all wonderful. Italian was not my first language, but they all helped me like I was family. The room was great, bed was very comfortable. After traveling in Italy for 32 days prior to this stay, the bed and rest were the best. Thank you all, specially you David for all your help.

Amazing hotel with great location. Right infront of Piazza Venezia, walking distance for every major attraction. Secure area with lots of great shopping, local amenities, express groceries, metro, taxis and electric scooters.
Breakfast was amazing, lots of seating, great selection.

A Door between a restaurant and a vrbo. Hard to find it. The rooms and bathrooms need updating. The room had a huge round jacuzzi up two steps in the room. The room needed to be larger and take that out. Extremely noisy if you are on the front side. Busy street. Would not stay again.
