The location is so good that I was really surprised. It is near Plaza de España and the LV store is diagonally opposite. The B&B includes breakfast, which can be delivered to the room. But if you have limited mobility or are carrying large luggage, you should consider carefully and carry it up the stairs yourself. Another thing is that we arrived at six o'clock, and the hotel closed at five o'clock in the afternoon, but they marked the room for us and inserted the key. Still recommended to stay, very pleasantly surprised!

Location can't be beat. Excellent communication with very friendly staff. Breakfast is OK, maybe add some fresh fruits/yogurt but there is a grocery shop around the corner so not a big deal. Fantastic experience.

Announce the stairs !!!!
It was a big surprise, that to get to the room one has to climb so many stairs. I would’ve appreciated, that somehow it would be notified , the amount of stairs to climb , each time you want to go to your suite .

Loved being central to everything
It was right in the middle of lots of stores and great restaurants. Walk to Trevi fountain was 7min. Free breakfast was an A+

Great spacious apartment in a great location, just steps away from all the action and many cafes right downstairs! We loved the space and the beds were so comfortable. I highly recommend this spot to anyone visiting Rome.

We stayed at this property at the beginning and end of our trip. This is a perfect location to stay in Rome. The windows look out onto a charming square with plenty of activity. Great windows ensure the noise from outside is not a problem. Beds were very comfortable and in room breakfast service was lovely.

This is a perfect location to stay in Rome! Most of the historic sites are within easy walking distance. Our room was charming and comfortable. The staff was friendly and the freshly prepared breakfast provided in our room each morning was perfect. So glad we stayed here!
