Rome Armony Suites

From the moment we arrived in Rome we knew we were in the hub of everything at this amazing hotel! We walked everywhere and were able to get to all of our destinations easily and at the end of the day were greeted with clean quiet rooms and comfortable beds! Day one Andrea was in touch, making sure he was there to welcome us. He and his father Lucca continued that hospitality all throughout our stay. Great recommendations for dinner, things to do or not do and tips on navigating the city! Lucca and Andrea, if we are back in Rome, we will see you both!!!

My husband and I had a great stay here. Let me enumerate the reasons why: 1. We had a sweet ride for our airport pick up. It was a Benz. It wasn't some shoddy looking, smelly car. The driver was polite and helpful. The rate was reasonable, not highway robbery. 2. The owner, Luca, was warm and very hands-on. He gave us tips on how to go about Rome, good restaurants and bars, etc. He would ask how our day was. You can tell the guy genuinely cares about his customers. We also met his son, who seems to take after his Dad. Top notch customer service! 3. The room was large, had a good view, and was generally clean. Water bottles were replenished everyday. I saw little mold spots under the shower door which were not noticeable unless u looked closely. I noticed them coz I'm OC about cleanliness but it was nothing to lose sleep about. 4. For our last day, we had an evening flight but Luca was kind enough to let us stay in our room even way beyond the check out time (no one was checking in after us). We appreciated this kind gesture. Other hotels would have charged extra. 5. Loved the vibe of this area! The location of this accomodation was close to Vatican, good restaurants, pharmacies, supermarket, and shopping area. We felt safe walking around here. Thank you Luca for your hospitality! If we get a chance to visit Rome again, we know where to go. We're telling our friends too! My wife and I had the great pleasure of staying at the Rome Armony Suites for nine nights in April 2024. As already indicated in the tremendous number of excellent TripAdvisor reviews, this guest house is extremely well located and provided us a restful oasis during our Roman holiday. Our large and quiet room was perfectly comfortable, with its high-quality mattress ensuring a great night’s sleep after long days exploring Rome or our day trip destinations and a well-appointed bathroom with reliable hot water and great water pressure. We appreciated that our room was cleaned and bottled water replenished daily. In short, the room was exactly as pictured on the website and provided us with everything we needed. We highly recommend Rome Armony Suites. We couldn’t have been happier with its proximity to fantastic coffee bars, restaurants, gelaterias, pizzerias as well as a wonderful array of shops. The rest of Rome is easily accessible either on foot or public transit. Even more important than any of these features of Rome Armony Suites, what made this one of our best vacations ever was the incredible hospitality of Luca and his son, Andrea. We have never received such tremendously thoughtful and personal service in any other hotel. Both Luca and Andrea were exceptionally responsive from the moment we contacted them before leaving home and throughout our stay. Luca arranged for transportation from the airport when we arrived and he and Andrea were constant sources of expert guidance of where to eat delicious Roman specialties and recommended hidden gems not to be missed in Rome and beyond. Not even in five star establishments could one hope to receive better service. Luca even helped us secure train and concert tickets and provided us with advice about several day trips, too. Do not hesitate to reserve your stay at this very special guest house!

Luca was an amazing owner and we had a wonderful experience. The room was clean and nice and a fantastic location. He handled all questions and helped us with anything we asked. The location was so close to the Vatican and the Spanish steps that we were able to walk everywhere!

Our friends and I stayed in Rome Armony Suites from April 25-28th. We absolutely loved our stay here as well as the host Lucas. He is kind and knowledgeable with great communication as he gives you his cell number for anything you may need. His recommendations were spot on. Your room is clean with some very nice amenities included. My reasoning for the 4 star review is a problem that occured while we were there. The boiler/hot water tank was not working properly. Lucas was definitely on top of getting someone in to work on it. However, one morning we had no water as it was being worked on, then later only had cold water. The following morning again only cold water. Paying for cold shower was not in my plans nor enjoyable. Lucas apologized for the inconvenience but I definitely felt we should have been compensated in some way. Perhaps the drive to the airport....but definitely something. Lucas has high standards on customer service as I do being in the travel business. I would have had to do something for my customers to make up for this. Would I stay here again and recommend to stay here, absolutely! I just would have handled this a little differently.

Our stay in Rome was awesome thanks in part to our beautiful room. Luca was very helpful with our travel plans. Great walkable location. We loved everything about our stay at Roma Armory Suites.

This was a great property. Luca the host is amazing and the best host I have ever had. He is hellpful, organized, and just a very personable person. A friend for life. The room was great. Clean, organized, comfortable bed (California king). The area is great, close to everything, great dining, shopping, walkable safe area. We will stay there again.

Luca was fantastic and unit was quiet and plenty of room. Everything is clean and house keeping staff was excellent. Properly is located in a great central area… walking distance to many places! I’d highly recommend!!!

My first time in Rome and the city really delivered. From check-in to check-out Luca and Andrea was really service-minded and made our stay really good.
