First of all this is not a hotel or a grand suit. It is a serviced room in a old apartment block. Good points 1. Its fairly central. 2. There are some very good restaurants within a 10 min walk. 3. The staff keep the rooms clean and bedding changed daily. Bad points 1. We had a major leak in the bathroom which woke us at 1:45. No response from the numbers I had until 7:30! By which time we had a swimming pool where the bathroom was. 2. Be aware that staying in a “serviced room” leaves you vulnerable should an emergency occurs during the night. 3. The lifts are a bit temperamental and when the work are small. 4. Lights are out on the stairs which when the lifts are not working make it dangerous.

Booked this place because of the reviews and was very disappointed as it was the last week of our 6week holiday. This place is not grand at all , entrance was not what I expected with smelly bins confronting us. Staff and location were great but did not make up for our disappointment. Cannot understand why this place is rated so high. Room was clean.

I have re-read the reviews on this place and am still trying to work out if we were in the same place. The entry to the building has three rubbish bins and is dirty ( though this area is not part of the advertised facility). There is no signage outside to tell you that you are at the right place. Communication is via WhatsApp only. Location is fine but do not expect to find the place easily. One of the lifts was not working. The small shared kitchen area had not been cleaned properly and empty cardboard food boxes greeted us. The advertised balcony for this common area looked unsafe. There was no other balcony. The shower recess was mouldy. ( see photos).The room itself was small. Breakfast was okay but has to be eaten while sitting on your bed. The staff providing breakfast were courteous. The advertising was very misleading.

Ao chegar ficamos perdidos pois não existe recepção ou identificação do estabelecimento, mas somente um telefone para contato por WhatsApp. Após o contato foi passado a senha para entrar no prédio e posteriormente para pegar as chaves. Passado a apreensão, tudo correu perfeitamente. Quarto e banheiro reformados e sem nenhum problema. Limpeza - ok, equipamentos- ok, toalhas -ok, chuveiro - ok, café da manhã no quarto - ok, segurança -ok, camas boas mas poderia ser mais confortável. Mulheres que fazem a limpeza - Ok. Muito solícitas e educadas. Localização - Sensacional. Uma experiência diferente, mas achamos positiva pois nada tem a ver com hotel. É uma mescla de Airbnb e Hotel (pelo serviço de limpeza e café da manhã). Somente acho que deve ser melhor explicado como funciona, pois ficamos muito apreensivos na chegada. Pela localização valeu muito. Aprovado!

Ne vous y prenez pas ! Il s'agit d'un appartement au second étage dans un vieil immeuble transformé en 3 chambres avec salle de bain. Les ascenseurs ne fonctionnait pas. La chambre III est minuscule. La propreté est très très limite: poussière sur les meubles et dans les armoires et tiroirs. La salle de bain est vieillotte, les joints sont salles, noircis... Le pommeau de douche menace de tomber... de petits bricolages...La chasse coulait en permanence en arrivant (il ont remplacé le système le lendemain à notre demande). Les murs sont en "carton", on entant clairement ce que disent les voisins ! Le pt déjeuner très moyen est servi dans la chambre car il n'y a aucune pièce pour accueillir le pt déjeuner. On mange sur les poufs de la "coiffeuse". Le petit déjeuner donc, toujours la même chose, des croissants congelés hyper sucrés et réchauffés quelques minutes avant de servir...(Vous devez signifier l'heure à laquelle vous souhaiter votre déjeuner). L'endroit est bruyant. Seuls points positifs qui justifie un 2/5, l'emplacement très central et le personnel gentil. Nous ne recommandons absolument pas de séjourner au Piazza Venezia "Grand Suite".
