Very disappointing, this is not a hotel at all! We booked a room for two nights and booked two different room types due to lack of room types. When booking, there was no information that this was not a hotel but consisted of B&Bs at different addresses, and it could not be canceled! The room was facing a busy street, with a street lamp directly in front of the window. There are neither blackout curtains nor blinds. We slept very badly for 6 nights because of the light and noise from the street. The location on Prati is good. Close to restaurants, shopping and the Vatican. The rooms are clean and well equipped. The communication and check-in was good. Great breakfast restaurants just outside the main door. But - there is a pub just across the street and therefore happy and noise people on the street until 5 in the morning. Secondly the sewage smell in the hallway is not nice. The sewage smell can not a new problem as there was several air fresheners in the hallway. One evening the smell was also in one of our rooms. So please fix the sewage smell and we will be back Stayed four nights, two adults and three teens.

Host is very kind and reply to all questions by telephone 24 hours , the place is clean and close to subway station . We have a good stay . Hope to come back in Italy soon . Our room was confortable and clean Loris
