Breakfast was not exciting at all, dry wrapped in plastic biscuits and jam. We had breakfast elswhere.

This B&B is located in a convenient location and is clean! Everything in the room was in good condition. The best part was that the owner/contact person was super friendly and helpful. He would reply to my messages right away or would call (via whatsapp). I definitely recommend this if you are looking for a lowkey stay in the heart of Rome. Its close to metro stations, and all the tourist attractions (Colosseum, Roman Forum, Vatican City, Trevi Fountain, Spanish Steps etc.) is within 30-40 minute walk. There's many cute little restaurants around and although it is a busier part of Rome, its super quiet at night. They offer coffee and little breakfast pastries/cookies which is perfect if you are always on the go. They have a little table and a section in the refrigerator which they put a juice and milk and yogurt for the guests. Truly a wonderful stay!

Excellent location, walking distance to tourists attractions. Negative: very weak wifi, unusable; also breakfast was less than basic- cheap sweat snacks wrapped in plastic.

Stayed two night due to the proximity to Popolo Plaza. It's a couple of mts away from the Popolo Plaza square and Euro 50 by cab from FCU Airport. Hotels around this area was quite pricy. Hence I opted this property and was not disappointed. Rooms are basic but neat and clean. Shower area is also maintained cleanly. There were few snacks and coffee available in th3 dining room. Aircon was working well. Room had a small TV with all Italian channels. It's located in a building on the ground floor with a small signage. Upon arrival it was little difficult to notice the property, however after a couple of mts I found. The owner and his wife were very friendly and supportive. It's a basic property but spotlessly clean and free from any frills. Housekeeping cleaned the room the next day, appreciated. Beds were comfortable. The property is like Euro 180 per night, little pricy for a B & B. However no much options around. Only issue what I had is th3noise from the nearby room, late night (2am) the lady was talking loud on the phone and the TV was also loud. Had slight issues with internet a night, but was resolves the next day.

Very conveniently located to many of Romes attractions. Our host Daniela was very welcoming and helpful with places to eat, etc. If you are on budget this would be a good base.

I admit to being, to say the least, surprised by the reviews on ********** and the quality/price ratio of this hotel. Traveling very often, all over Europe, I thought that a room for 3 for over 100€ per night not in the heart of Rome would be perfectly fine. However, as soon as we entered the room, we made a face. I won't dwell on the outdated decor, everyone's tastes are different. On the other hand, we are really in the low end: broken furniture, walls full of marks and holes, camp beds, sub-brand flat screen TV barely 45cm, sachets of soap worthy of Formula One... And breakfast isn’t even breakfast! Vacuum-packed croissants and a fridge are left for us to fend for ourselves (on our own). Even no chocolate or possibility of heating milk for the children (no microwave). No fruit… I know very well that we are not in a four-star hotel (what the manager told me by text message), but here we border on camping. After contacting **********, I was changed rooms without apology or explanation. A bit better, but still the same disappointments (a simple lick of paint would have already helped a lot!) And when I see that I am also made to pay local tax... whereas when trying to book the hotel for other dates, this is not the case... In short, at the level of a hotel without or with 1 star, nothing more. To be honest, the staff, when you saw them, were very friendly, but that's not enough!
