This is a lovely little b&b situated on both the metro and bus routes into the centre of Rome. The room was spacious and clean (with aircon), as was the private bathroom. It's on the second floor with a little balcony in the kitchen area (although the lift looks like it's out of a movie, you can use it) The owner was really helpful and the kitchen is stocked with coffee, milk, fruit juice and breakfast snacks. The free WiFi is rocket fast.

From the moment we arrived the owner was so helpful. All details for check in had been sent in advance. We were attending a wedding and needed an iron. We messaged the owner and one was brought for us to use. We had a problem opening the safe and messaged the owner again instant response and sorted it out for us. The location was very central and tube station was literally 2 mins walk. Felt a very safe neighbourhood to stay in and would be more than comfortable to stay there with our three children. Rooms were spacious and clean. Breakfast - coffee and croissant was available for free across the road with the voucher provided on check in. It took us approx 40 mins in a taxi from the airport and there was no problem getting an uber as they could stop on the main road outside. Would definately stay here again when in Rome. Excellent in every way.

Un piccolo gioiello. Pulito, confortevole,comodo a tutti i servizi Proprietario gentile e disponibile. Camera con aria condizionata, tv, bagno molto bello con una grande doccia.cucina a disposizione con bevande calde e fredde. Unica pecca il bar dove si fa colazione. Lo consiglio assolutamente.

Sono stata al B&B La Tata per il mio primo viaggio a Roma e il giudizio è assolutamente positivo: personale gentile (consigliano le principali cose da vedere e anche dove mangiare bene), pulizia molto buona, camera spaziosa. Io avevo il bagno esterno alla stanza, ma proprio di fronte quindi non ho praticamente notato la differenza: pulito anche quello. Per la colazione ora danno dei voucher per il bar di fronte (causa Covid non la si può più fare nella cucina in comune); lasciano comunque delle brioches/biscotti/succhi/acqua, ecc a disposizione (inoltre, ci sono la macchinetta per il caffè, il bollitore con varie bustine e il tostapane). Posizione abbastanza buona perchè non è centralissimo, ma neanche fuori: si arriva a San Giovanni a piedi in 15 minuti neanche e lì di fronte ci sono fermata bus e metro (la linea C; per la A, se la si vuole prendere direttamente e non fare il cambio, ci sono 2 minuti a piedi). Quindi in sostanza, promosso. L'unica pecca è che la zona è molto trafficata e quindi la notte si sentivano parecchi rumori (soprattutto di macchine): ovviamente non è colpa dei proprietari, inoltre io dovevo tenere la finestra aperta per il caldo, per cui il fastidio era accentuato. Comunque, merita!

Abbiamo trascorso 3 giorni nella capitale e questo B&B è stato il nostro approdo sicuro dopo giornate di camminate! Pulito, curato, con uno stile elegante, mette a disposizione la camera con letto matrimoniale armadio e bagno privato, la colazione compresa nell'offerta si consuma nel bar di fronte. Come posizione è un po' fuori ma risulta comodissimo spostarsi grazie alla fermata Lodi della metro praticamente fuori dal portone. Le camere si trovano al secondo piano( c'è l'ascensore) di un condominio con portiere. Il proprietario gentilissimo e molto disponibile, ci ha anche consigliato qualche ristorantino a Trastevere dove poter passare le serate. Consigliatissimo! Torneremo!
