The room was super inconvenient because it was a self-service hotel and the check-in process was a bit complicated. It took me a long time to find a room, but the customer service was very patient and helped me solve the problem. I stayed for 3 nights with my family and it was good except for the fact that there was no check-in counter. Be sure to call before checking in. You must call to receive hotel usage information, including check-in, via text or WhatsApp. It was nice that it was not far from Termini Station and other subway and bus stops, and the facilities were clean.
