Hotel Taormina

The hotel is conveniently located near transportation hubs and amenities. Guests appreciate the clean, spacious rooms, comfortable beds, and helpful staff. However, no specific disadvantages were mentioned in the reviews.

Stayed here for 2 nights, you get what you pay for but for me the location was.more important, the rooms are clean but old and dated however our room was huge with a nice balcony which was nice, the bathroom had a big shower as well. However the beds were not very comfortable, upon arriving in our room our bed wasn't made up, but once mentioned it was rectified very quickly. The staff were very friendly and accommodating, we felt very welcome and looked after. The only downside is that there isn't a readily available lift, so you need to use stairs (there is a lift they will let you use to bring your luggage up only) Also we were not aware until we got to the property that air conditioning was not included and we had to pay extra $5 euro per night, a bit unusual but as it was scorching hot we were happy to pay. The staff even let me store my bag there whilst I went to nice for a few days so I really appreciated their customer service. Big plus was it was close to a lot of things and Roma termini is within walking distance or a very short bus ride.

It's a good hotel even though it's located far from the city. The staffs are friendly
