Great place! We found it quickly, close to all the sights, the price/quality ratio is the best for Rome! We constantly communicated with Fabio on the phone - we had an early check-in (no problem), and any questions were easily resolved via WhatsApp. We will definitely come back!!!

We stayed 3 nights in the room as shown in the site photo. very nice, clean, good bed and pillows. clean bath room with shower. Fabio is a very helpfull and friendly host. Very recomendable. The location is great. Close to the Vatican and other attractions. Whenever in Rome we will stay there for sure again. Joy and Adriaan

This is a wonderful stay in a great location. The staff were extraordinarily friendly and accomodating, and the room was comfortable and clean. We were there during the hottest days of the year and the air conditioning was much appreciated. We have nothing but good things to say - highly recommended.

I liked everything about Bed and Best. The location is perfect, a few minutes from St Peters square, about 7 or 8 minutes to either Lepanto or Ottaviano metro stations and the 81 bus stops practically outside the door and will take you to most of the main sites. Also only about 20 minutes walk to piazza del popolo or Piazza Navona. Piazza Risorgimento is at the end of the street about 5 minutes walk away and you can get various buses from there and there's a taxi rank. Can also get the number 19 tram which takes you to Villa Borghese. The room was a good size, spotlessly clean and had everything we needed, hairdryer, coffee machine, kettle, fridge, extra pillows. The photos accurately reflect the property. It's also on the main shopping street for the area with a good variety of shops and numerous cafes and restaurants just off the side streets. We visited 3Quarti a couple of times and can recommend. There's a lovely food shop next door called Castroni where you can get quality Italian and overseas products and their sandwiches are delicious. And Fabio....what an excellent host! Nothing was too much trouble and everything done with a smile and a positive attitude, and he knows where to find the best tiramisu in Rome. I would 100% recommend Bed and Best as a great place to stay and will be back.

Rome was a trip I had wanted for a long time and with the choice of this structure it turned into the perfect trip. Super helpful and kind managers. Always present and courteous. Very clean, fragrant, tidy, new and beautiful rooms! Fantastic location, in a wonderful street full of shops and 2 steps away from all the beauties! I wouldn't go anywhere else if I were to return to Rome! I highly recommend everything! I don't know if you read this review, but a huge and sincere thank you to Fabio and Michele!

My husband and I stayed at the "Bed and Best" for our son's tenth birthday. The location is excellent and very central. As soon as you open the door of the building you can smell a very pleasant scent that accompanies you up all the stairs. The building is beautiful, clean and elegant with an Art Nouveau elevator. Our brand new room and we were the first guests🤩 is spacious and welcoming, clean and equipped with every comfort (fridge, air conditioning and radiator, electric food warmer). The bathroom is new and complete with a large shower. The rooms are cleaned daily and there are soaps, shower caps and shower gel... the availability and kindness of Fabio who welcomed us from the first moment with availability and joy and surprised our child with a surprise effect with balloons and a beautiful set up in the room. Thank you so much!
