Super, super, super good!
The location is safe and convenient, close to the Vatican and the subway station, and it is very convenient to walk to various attractions.
The room is also fully equipped with air conditioning and refrigerator, which is very necessary for Rome in summer!
Michele is very considerate and recommended attractions and various delicious restaurants to me. We also kept in touch before and during the stay, which was very efficient.

This was one of the cleanest hotels I've ever stayed at overseas. It's a little far from the station, but it's very clean.
I've seen 1-2 flies flying around in most hotels, but there were none here, and the bathrooms were very hygienic and clean.

Great place! We found it quickly, close to all the sights, the price/quality ratio is the best for Rome! We constantly communicated with Fabio on the phone - we had an early check-in (no problem), and any questions were easily resolved via WhatsApp. We will definitely come back!!!

We stayed 3 nights in the room as shown in the site photo. very nice, clean, good bed and pillows. clean bath room with shower. Fabio is a very helpfull and friendly host. Very recomendable. The location is great. Close to the Vatican and other attractions. Whenever in Rome we will stay there for sure again. Joy and Adriaan
