This hotel is really bad! There are only two massage beds in the double bed, and the quilt smells bad! Heating is only available for a limited time. It was so cold in the middle of the night that I was shivering. There was no air conditioning. Going in summer would be crazy! Worse than the guest houses in China in the 1980s! The point is that the toilet cannot be flushed! ! This is very frustrating! And no one came into the room to clean up
You can only walk up and down the stairs every day, and if you take the elevator, you only have to carry your luggage up a flight of stairs!
There was no one at the front desk, so I couldn't ask anything. The breakfast was also very poor and was gone before I got there. .
This is the first time in my life that I have stayed in such a bad hotel and experienced such bad service!

It's okay. It's a ten-minute walk from the train station. It's a family apartment. It's not soundproofed and it's a bit noisy. Breakfast is provided. The boss is nice. It's okay.

Only reason why I am giving it two stars is I read the review before I booked it. This is not a hotel. It does not have a reception area. The lady that took a photo of my ID gave me the key and left immediately. I booked a double/deluxe room and she gave me a single room. On the website it clearly stated that all single rooms were booked. I am not used to sleeping on single bed as I twist and turn in my sleep, therefore this was an inconvenience for me. The place was relatively clean.

The worst hotel booking i have done so far. No one at the reception and we were unable to check in at 2.30 pm. No one attend the phone calls as well. After an hour of waiting outside the door, I had to book another nearby hotel. Later I filed a complaint but the hotel did not accept their fault and no to refund given for the booking. A team with no dignity or self respect.Think twice before you book in this property.

I had a good stay at this hotel. The location is perfect, the cleanliness is impeccable, and the room is spacious. The family running it truly puts their heart in every detail. The staff is available and fluent in foreign language, which was of great help in exploring the city with their valuable recommendations. I recommend this welcoming place to all travelers

Excellent location, easy to reach and functional for visiting the city. Availability of the home owners who live in the same building. Terrible breakfast. Small but functional room. Minimal and small but clean bathroom.
