Roma dei Papi Hotel de Charme

The rooms are clean, modern and comfortable. Very correct. Very good location. We had no problems walking everywhere, even the most remote ones, like the Baths of Caracalla. But the best thing about the hotel is the treatment. Stefano and Arlen make the experience very pleasant. Would we return to this hotel? Definitely.

Well the truth is that I'm still amazed by the hotel I booked, let me tell you a little: I was in Italy and one weekend I wanted to go with some friends to Rome since we were sightseeing on the weekends, so I decided to book a night in a hotel in Rome to get to know the weekend a little and so I did, it's called Roma Innitaly or something like that, they told me I would pay when I was there, we arrived at 4 in the afternoon and what would be my surprise that there was only a badge with the name and it was a gate in which we knocked repeatedly and without an answer, I asked in a store next door and to people who were passing by but they told me that there was no movement, so we were in shock, without a room to sleep in Rome, we called to the phones on the panel and no one answered us so we quickly tried to look for something since we were stuck there, a room appeared to us about 500 m away and a little more expensive, but at least we stayed, embarrassing. After all this, the following week it turns out that this ghost hotel is charging me for the room, and logically I call Booking and explain it to them, but it seems that Booking believes the hotel more and doesn't seem to want to return it, so here I am complaining, angry If I can't and without the money, I guess I'll try to do something through the bank or file a complaint, because I wasn't expecting something like that, honestly, I see little seriousness in this company.
