Pretty dirty, see photos; also found some hairs in towels. By the way, the towels are hard and inconvenient.
The night-time guy at reception was quite rude. The room is not comfortable.
No slippers (asked at the reception), then recall that it’s dirty here, so you have like black feet or socks.
The location is good, but better be outside the city center than at this place.

The hotel was pretty and clean. I could feel the hospitality of hotel's staff. Breakfast was basic, but tasty and quite versatile: bread, toasts, ham, cheese, jams, cereal. I enjoyed my stay! ☺️

Well located . Very near subway and train . People were very nice. Breakfast was good with various items to eat. Cold food and toasts. Good coffee !!!

Room is too small. Bath towels are super thin. It is not towel, it is bath cloth. Breakfast is not good.

I enjoyed my stay Hotel Villa Delle Rose. Its very close to Roma Termini and has bus stope close by. Rooms are of good size. The staff was very helpful.

Good value for its price. Everything works well and the toilet is very good. They accept card for the tourist tax too which makes things easier.

The day staff was really nice. My issue was with the night staff. The night of my arrival, which we informed the staff was late at night and later than my friend’s check in, I was received by a quite hostile man who was not informed I was arriving at that hour. Around 2:30am. I had to leave my 🪪 card for him to give me the keys to my room. My name was on the booking as well as my friend’s who checked in earlier, but the guy didn’t bother to review the booking info. It was an annoying experience, but it was late and I was was too tired to make anything more of it.

This hotel is a block from the train station. It is an older property, but rich in ambiance. Lots of rich wood molding and period furniture. We had a room with an absolutely beautiful terrace. Pretty outdoor area with garden and trees. The staff was friendly and helpful. A free continental breakfast featuring excellent coffee was served in a beautiful dining room. We enjoyed our stay.
