Posizione ottima, a 5 min dalla metro Castro Petrorio e a 10min a piedi da Termini.
Zona residenziale molto tranquilla.
Materasso molto comodo.
Colazione nel bar sotto molto buona.
Ottima soluzione per una notte e per viaggi di vacanza in cui si esce al mattino e si rientra la sera per dormire.

Absolutely fabulous old lift. Large and airy, well appointed rooms. Great location, particularly for Rome Termini railway station. Very clean with rooms cleaned and tidied each day and 2 sets of fresh towels for a 3 night stay. Staff friendly, helpful and welcoming. Would definitely stay again.

First time in Rome and i will surely come back. At first i had a difficult time of locating the hotel its a building with 3 different inn but different owners i guessit is quite an old vibe hotel ,you know that thing in the movie like a tiny elevator with a metal door,anyway place is near rome termini only walking distance .and the place is quiet and safe as well .there are filipino restaurant as well . Laundry is just around the corner .I had the nicest balcony and the bedroom is quite homey vibe .the toilet is small but good for 1-2 person . The water pressure is good as well and so is the water heater .Overall enjoyed my stay , oops wifi is good as well

Now, I understand it's a two star. But there are two stars that should have half a star. And perhaps this is one of them. Peeling walls in my room. In the morning no one at the reception. Only the directions for leaving the room keys were marked. No indication on how to leave luggage leaving the room before leaving. Somehow, after a while, someone answers me and explains how to do it. I return to the hotel before leaving to collect my luggage, no one answers me from the intercom. On the phone they tell me to ring the front door ...

hotel in posizione tranquilla situato in uno stabile al secondo piano un hotel familare a buon prezzo. titolare molto gentile noi abbiamo lasciato la camera al mattino e avevamo treno alla sera e ci ha lasciato in deposito i nostri bagagli che abbiamo poi ritirato alla sera..

L’unico aspetto positivo di questo hotel è la vicinanza a Termini e a via XX settembre. Per il resto l’hotel è ricavato in un vecchio condominio, stanza polverosa e con arredamento fatiscente, bagno piccolo e poco pulito. E soprattutto non vale 130 euro per notte. Per la colazione non andate al bar che vi consigliano perché è pessimo.

Hotel piccolo e modesto. Camera spaziosa ben pulita e fornita di tutto il necessario. Personale disponibile e gentile. Abbiamo soggiornato un paio di notti quindi perfetto. Posizione ad un passo dalla stazione Termini e quindi comoda per raggiungere il centro in poco tempo.

Отличное расположение, с администраторами можно договориться о позднем заезде после 12. Каждое утро уборка в номере. Спасло, что есть кондиционер. Для пары ночей - отличный вариант. Много ресторанов рядом. Рекомендую идти в Famiglia и Rebasilico ❤️ Напор воды очень мощный, есть тв, вайфай.
