There is a bearded male front desk staff with a very bad service attitude. He did not respond when we said goodnight to him, and he did not greet us when we entered and exited the hotel. He deliberately turned his head away when he saw us passing by. The sound insulation of the room is very poor. There are intermittent vibration sounds every night, which can be heard all night, which greatly affects rest. And you can clearly hear the sound of others talking on the phone at the door of the room. The assigned room is also next to the staff room, and you can hear the movement next door early in the morning. Friends who need a quiet sleep, please do not book this hotel. The lady in charge of breakfast does not speak English very well, but she is very enthusiastic. Later, a younger male front desk was replaced, and the service attitude was not bad. The hotel is close to the Colosseum and can be reached in a five-minute walk.

The only room in Europe that comes with slippers and toothpaste, and the room is no longer as small as it used to be in Europe (the room is okay)!
