A treasure hotel in Rome, the location is very good and safe, next to the city hall and the bank, the room is kept very new and clean, the decoration is carefully designed, the details are very beautiful, there are all kinds of snacks and candies at the front desk, the rest area is warm and tidy. The owner and his wife are very friendly and enthusiastic. The boss asked us which country we were from, and patiently explained the routes of various attractions, restaurants, and ice cream shops to us using translation software. The hostess brought us cupcakes and drinks. After checking in, she gave us a detailed introduction to the use of room facilities and told us that all the drinks in the minibar are free, and we can find them if we need anything. And it is rare to have slippers, complete toiletries and kettles in Italian hotels. When we went out early the next morning, the hostess invited us to have coffee, because the driver was waiting, we gratefully declined. The hostess immediately returned to the room and handed us a beautiful paper bag. After hurriedly getting on the car, we opened it and saw five croissants with salami, ham, cheese, and caramel flavor. I was so moved that I couldn't speak. This is the highest standard of courtesy encountered in Italy, which makes us feel the warmth and kindness of a foreign country. Looking forward to seeing you again soon!

The location is very good and safe. There are city halls and consulates next to it. It is very convenient to walk to the attractions. The host couple is very warm and friendly. They introduced nearby restaurants and attractions and provided free coffee and breakfast! I will choose this hotel again when I come to Rome in the future~

The boss and the proprietress are very enthusiastic. You can enjoy drinks such as water, cola, and coffee. There is no charge, and breakfast is not included, but the boss will prepare coffee and croissants for you. The hotel is also very clean and very quiet. It takes about 15 minutes to walk to the train station. 20 minutes from Plaza España, not far away

Amazing! Hospitality from first minute to last was incredible. Rooms are beautiful, area is safe and within easy walking distance to attractions and public transport. Highly recommended and we will never stay anywhere else. Hosts are extremely friendly and helped with anything we needed.

We had such an amazing stay at Residenza Venti Settembre. The room was gorgeous, location was very central and near some of the best restaurants, but the one thing that really stood out was Antonio, Nicola, and their amazing staff. They made you feel like royalty during your stay. Antonio started by helping us navigate through Rome and the best places to visit. Served us an amazing Americano every morning and on my birthday - Antonio and Nicola surprised us with a beautiful bottle of wine, tiramisu cake and fresh fruits to celebrate. They were such gracious hosts that felt like family. We enjoyed our stay in Rome so much, and a lot of it was due to their amazing hospitality. Definitely one of the best stays we’ve ever had! Thanks Antonio, Nicola, and Residenza Venti Settembre’s beautiful staff!!

Absolutely loved this place. We had two rooms for us and our two daughters and stayed for three nights. Nicole and Antonio looked after us from the moment we arrived at their door until the moment we got into our taxi to return to airport. Our rooms were well equipped, comfortable and very clean. There were lots of very thoughtful touches throughout our stay and we were very sad leaving. Location was perfect for us and all the recommendations they gave us were spot on. It really felt like a home from home. Thank you so much both.

An excellent experience of hospitality in Rome. Nicole&Antonio were so caring, that made us feel like home! The rooms are clean, with all the equipment that you need in 3day holiday! Ask for their breakfast, and don’t forget to tip them😉! Thank you guys!

I loved the place very much and the treatment that Nicole and Antonio give you is unbeatable, one of the best places I have been to, they have incredible details, and they pay attention to whether you are comfortable or not. Furthermore, the hotel is in a very safe area, lot of supermarkets around , and 15-minute walk from the historic center. There are also several highly recommended restaurants in the surrounding area. The rooms are very clean and with all the extras. I recommend it 100% to everyone .Upon arrival until departure everything was perfect and it was a very clean place to stay which is very important .Antonio treated us like we know each other for 30 years and definitely when I go to Rome again I will stay there again and cant think any other place to stay .Thank you dear Antonio and Nicole and lots of love from Istanbul - Turchia .

We spent two nights in this hotel and it left a very good impression. Clean rooms with all possible amenities, quiet and safe neighborhood and charming hosts who made us feel welcome! I’d definitely recommend to stay here

I don’t think we have ever stayed in such lovely accommodation when on our travels! Absolutely beautiful place to stay the rooms are immaculate. Antonio and Nicole are wonderful hosts and make you feel so welcome. As soon as we arrived they took our bags got us a drink and snacks and sat down and went over the map of Rome told us best places to go etc. lovely area to stay about 15/20min to centre and in a very safe area. It was a surprise trip for my husbands 40th and there was chocolates Prosecco and balloons in the room on arrival ❤️ if we are lucky enough to visit Rome again we will be booking back into this beautiful accommodation if I could give it more than 5 stars I would! So if it’s available for Your dates book it! You wont be disappointed!
