Excellent service, both super friendly. I had a problem with the arrival and they were flexible with the check-in time. Always with an excellent disposition. Breakfast is not included, but they offered us croissants, fruit and cappuccinos before we left.

A treasure hotel in Rome, the location is very good and safe, next to the city hall and the bank, the room is kept very new and clean, the decoration is carefully designed, the details are very beautiful, there are all kinds of snacks and candies at the front desk, the rest area is warm and tidy. The owner and his wife are very friendly and enthusiastic. The boss asked us which country we were from, and patiently explained the routes of various attractions, restaurants, and ice cream shops to us using translation software. The hostess brought us cupcakes and drinks. After checking in, she gave us a detailed introduction to the use of room facilities and told us that all the drinks in the minibar are free, and we can find them if we need anything. And it is rare to have slippers, complete toiletries and kettles in Italian hotels. When we went out early the next morning, the hostess invited us to have coffee, because the driver was waiting, we gratefully declined. The hostess immediately returned to the room and handed us a beautiful paper bag. After hurriedly getting on the car, we opened it and saw five croissants with salami, ham, cheese, and caramel flavor. I was so moved that I couldn't speak. The location is very good and safe. There are city halls and consulates next to it. It is very convenient to walk to the attractions. The host couple is very warm and friendly. They introduced nearby restaurants and attractions and provided free coffee and breakfast! I will choose this hotel again when I come to Rome in the future~
