This is a B&B. The elevator is very old and very small, but the location is great. When you open the window, you can see various tourists posing below. Because there is the Colosseum behind it, the transportation is very convenient.

We only stayed one of our two nights. It was noisy from all the tourists and the other people coming in and out. There’s no place to keep or get basic things like waters without leaving and no one on site ever to ask questions. Then when you get outside you walk into a stream of tourists and people hustling goods.

Our view was amazing and Claudia and Roberto were super helpful. They helped us arrange transportation and stored our luggage prior to check in. Claudia is very responsive and answers questions almost immediately. Location is perfect!

The shower was not working properly. The owner wanted to assign me the wrong room. Bad experience. Early check out time at 10am. Really a great inconvenience.

Great view and location!
The rooms were comfortable enough. The location was excellent as well as the view. The elevator was sketchy. The hardest thing was the address/directions. They didn't tell us enough about how to find the place (such as which floor it was on). Also, it wasn't really a hotel ... just a group of rooms for rent.

Hosts were lovely and easy to get ahold of and the property was located in the most walkable area of Rome. The location was PERFECT! With only one and a half days to spend in Rome, this was the perfect stay. My only negative feedback is that the city is LOUD and there's not really a way to keep the all-night noise out. This is no fault of the hosts.

Wonderful location right next to the Colosseum train is right there. Clean rooms wonderful staff reasonable price highly recommend for a few nights stay!!
