A well placed guest house. Handy to taxi and buses and metro. Clean and tidy. Small lift for 2 people only but welcome as it's on the 6th floor. Delightful staff. Basic but delicious breakfast- croissants, yogurt, fruit, juice and coffee. Mant restaurants close by

Great place in the center of the Rome! The Lady who made check-in was very kind and helpful. Breakfast was in italian style, I missed a little bit ham and cheese, but croissants with pistachio were delicious :) If we come back to Rome, we'll visit this place again.

Location was fantastic but we went at a very hot time. I did not like the fact that this was on the 6th floor of an apartment building. The elevator was tiny and only for 2 people at a time. The AC for us felt nonexistent. I struggled to sleep. Luckily it was only 1 night. If you are looking for a bed and breakfast type of situation then this is for you. We were looking for more of a hotel situation with Hôtel amenities.

What an amazing place...Eduardo was so helpful and accommodating. The apartment was clean and well equipped with a fridge and bathroom products. Mamma was a gem - so lovely, kind and the breakfast really set you up for a day of sightseeing! ! They allowed you to leave your suitcases after check in too.

Excellent small guest house within easy walking of Termini ( 15 mins ) Trevi ( 15 mins ) Colosseum ( 20 mins ) loads of restaurants and cafes . The property is located in a gated courtyard of a small cross street with restaurants and cafes on it . We were sent clear and easy to follow instructions from the owners how to enter the courtyard and find the property. The property is on the 6th floor and is serviced by a lift , the lift is quite small so if you have a lot of luggage you may have to do a couple of trips . We had a quadruple room which had two double beds , fridge , table and plenty of storage, there was a Tv with Netflix, Prime etc . Breakfast was served from 7:30 to 9:30 by the owner’s mother a lovely lady and we had juice, pastries, fresh fruit and coffee each day our room was cleaned daily . Overall was a lovely stay at I think a very reasonable price would definitely stay again and recommend to others

Just got back from a 5 night stay in Rome at the lovely Roma central guest house. We were a family of 7 taking up two rooms. We had a wonderful stay, the location is great, close to all the main sights and lots of restaurants in walking distance.the rooms themselves were clean and and comfortable but the most special thing about this place are the family who welcomed us. Eduardo was always responsive to any questions and his mother was just a wonderfully warm and welcoming lady. She went out of her way on the last morning to get up early to make sure we had breakfast and coffee before we left. Breakfast was croissants filled very generously with lovely fillings and a choice of coffees and hot chocolate for the children. Thank you for making our trip to Rome so enjoyable.

A wonderful guest house in the centre of Rome, great restaurants and bars nearby! The owner sent us clear and concise information to enable us to enter the property as we arrived later in the evening and we were served pastries and coffee/juice in our room every morning which was very welcome!! Great communication, clean and comfortable room and friendly owners!! Thoroughly recommend!!
