Nice location and the reception was amazing! Just a complain about the shower: Was broken and throwing water over the cabin shower. And the cleaner always annoying at 10am to clean our room. It wasn’t a good thing.

Horrifying. Terrible experience. The worst place I have ever stayed in in my life. Dirty and hairy sheets. Dirty pillows. The shower didn't work. The portal and elevator full of dirt. Everything very dirty and neglected. We have paid more than €100 per night for a dump. I can't put a zero because the application won't let me. Do not trust the opinions of 5. They are lies. The mattress trapped you and had your feet and head up. It smelled bad. I'm not inventing anything. Hair, blood, secretions on the sheets and pillows. I put photographs to verify their veracity

It was hard to find, and it took a while to find it. As mentioned in previous reviews, the bathroom had a really bad drain smell, and I nearly threw up. Also, only bath towels were provided, not even a face towel. However, the location was very good, close to Termini Station and the airport limousine bus stop. They also had luggage storage, which was helpful. However, there were many similar hotels nearby, so I would have preferred to stay at another hotel without a bad smell if possible.

It's located very close to the central station in Rome, so it's easy to get to, and the WiFi is great, and the breakfast is excellent.

Very close to the train station, convenient transportation. But the bed was very damp, and most importantly, the shower head was broken, the water flow was in a line, and it was impossible to take a shower

Hands off! Toilets are at risk of infection, mold! Beds are dead!Parking is a problem!

The building is dirty, it smells of cigarettes and the furniture and bathroom need urgent renovation. The lady was very kind to explain to us on the second day that if you want to shower with hot water you have to turn on the shower tap and the sink tap at the same time until it comes out hot. Apart from that the shower head was throwing water everywhere except the shower. Something she saw for herself and they solved it the next day. Poor internet and no mobile coverage. The elevator was used as a garbage dump by some dirty, smoking neighbor. Cheap and next to the station, it is the only thing that stands out

Good ubication

If all you need is a place to lay your head, this may be for you. Very small room. Great location, 2 minute walk to train station. Close to everything, great restaurants nearby. Watch your step on the street if out early, not everyone has a euro for the WC.

Terrible! The hotel is out of service I didn’t stay there.. we have payed other hotel!

Bad place we didn’t get hot water and when I complained to the front desk they didn’t really care. Please don’t have place in your website.

the owner promised to fix shower head, but he never did and sometimes hot water is not working.
