The hotel is good and in a great location; it's close to tourist attractions. The room is comfortable. The only issue is the bathroom, there are some scratches on the brick wall near the washing basin, and some bricks in the shower are worn out, with chips dropping off

Is sale as a 4 star and is not. I not even 3 star. The bath was old and dirty. And the following day. The duplicate the price. Not recomendable. For the same price you can have a better real 4 star hotel

This hotel was nothing more than a 1 star. I traveled throughout Rome and got a glimpse of many. This was trash. The Standard room was a shoe box. Construction going on in the middle of the night until 2am. Someone attempted to get in my room at 1:30am and I had to shout to scare them off and it was a construction worker who didn’t even knock. It was the worst. Never again. The only way I felt safe to sleep was to block my door from being opened.

The location is great, near to the Termini station, can even get to famous tourist spots on foot. However, the facilities are old and the room is not very clean.

The location is perfect. Staffs are amazing. However, the blanket that was provided for me looks like it has been used previously, and has not been washed, it looks like a smudge of blood.

I checked in at midnight and the service was great. The location is also nice, near to the travel destinations.

For the price, it’s not bad, because it’s very close to Roma Termini. Room was for one person. Definitely not 4 stars but for the price you pay vs staying in a hostel, it’s only 10-15 EUR more expensive.

Very conveniently located (train station, loads of places to eat and stores very near by). Standard sized room and bathroom (nothing fancy). Includes mini fridge which was nice. Staff very helpful and pleasant. If you are not too nit-picky and just need a place to wash and sleep after spending all day walking/running around then this is the place for you. Will definitely consider staying here again.

Be careful if you booking a single room. Because there is no A/C. And in my room they didn't put me soap or shower gel. Inside the bathroom was used small pease of soap from previous guest

I would not recommend this hotel. Toilets were stained brown and bathrooms were small. I requested a refund for one of the 2 days. I couldn’t make it to the hotel due to traveling issues.They said it was non refundable. I would not recommend this hotel to others.

A miserable hotel that does not rise to four stars and deserves one star. There is no room service. The room does not have a telephone. The refrigerator is invalid. Only the reception staff are helpful, especially Patricia, I would like to thank her

Very nice staff in the best location in Rome ,I always go there and will go again .

Excellent location

I thought it would be very old and dirty. The check-in experience was better than expected. Has a retro feel. The reception was very warm and there was a map, which was very convenient. The hotel is very close to the station. You can also store your luggage after checking out.
