The overall room is relatively clean, the space is large, and the location is very good. It is very convenient to go to some surrounding attractions. There are also many restaurants and convenience stores downstairs. People coming and going at night will not feel scary. The only drawback is that it is a little noisy at night because It faces the street. I slept with headphones on the first day, and the sound from the street was very noticeable.

The room was cleaned every day (bed, towels, floor etc.) so no complaints. The staff were also very welcoming and attentive.
The hotel is located 4 minutes walk from the Trevi Fountain, the Spanish Steps and is located on the corner of a shopping boulevard (Zara, Sephora, Under Armor several luxury stores such as Gucci, Prada, Balenciaga etc.).
The only negative point remains the amenities: the building being quite old, the rooms are very poorly soundproofed so at the slightest noise you can hear everything (TV from the next room, people talking on the phone, children crying/screaming).

Spectacular hotel. Centrally located. We stayed one night and we were not well, more. Already on arrival they welcomed us in the best way. Room located in a building in front of the hotel. Old building, but ultra modern room. I will definitely be back

We were initially a bit disappointed as the room was in an old building across the road from the actual hotel..the lift to our floor was ancient and the room number was written in pen on paper stuck to the door- frame..the view was awful..besides that the room itself was fine and the location is great...The star of the show was Giovanni from reception! Lovely guy and a credit to the hotel! Despite the initial reservations we rate this as top marks, due to cleanliness, location, and of course Giovanni! We will stay again!

Hotel is in a super location a few mins walk from Spanish steps, where there are lots of decent restaurants and shops, proper designer ones to window shop! Got a friendly welcome at reception and a member of staff helped us with our cases as we were staying in the block across the road. Entrance doesn’t look too inviting but once up the stairs (there is also a lift) the corridor leading to our room is attractively decorated as was our room. Bed is huge, with clean white linen. Bathroom has quality fittings and tiles and a decent shower and plenty towels. There is a/c, handy safe and reasonably priced miny bar. As it’s in a busy central area it can be a bit noisy but there are shutters on the window to help with this. Lady on reception throughout our stay very friendly and helpful. Breakfast room bit tiny but we always got a table and good selection of hot and cold food, yummy pastries and drinks. We did enjoy our stay and found it in walking distance of a few sights and plenty restaurants not too pricey. Hotel lets itself down a bit with attention to detail, as needing some repairs here and there, which would help ensure a better customer experience.
