Don't stay here if you don't have a car, don't stay here if you don't have a car, don't stay here if you don't have a car! I'll say it three times. Don't stay here for cheap. There is no public transportation to the hotel. A taxi to the city is 60 euros, and the key is that you can't get a taxi.
The owner must have offended the leaders in the government, so the road in front of his door was blocked. You have to go around a long way to get into the hotel.
If you want to take the train, you have to cross the wire mesh and walk to the nearest train station. The station is small and not all cars stop. Check it in advance and buy tickets.
The facilities are the usual level of old Europe.
