An excellent hotel that cares not only about comfort but also about aesthetics, which is a higher level of need, and this is super. There was a room with a balcony where we had dinner, since Rome is warm even in winter. We like to book different hotels in the city on different trips, but we would come back here and will recommend it to others. About check-in - read all the letters, 1. We stayed two nights to visit Rome as tourists. The room is large and comfortable, and the balcony allowed us to have breakfast in a comfortable and open-air setting, exploited for the excellent temperatures that are still there. We also liked the management of the reservation; the host is really helpful and the service used for online check-in is really smart, all with the phone/PC and already suggests itineraries and places of interest. We also appreciated the location; we are outside the center, well served by public transport, and nearby offers some restaurants and a pub frequented by Romans, therefore outside the prices of the center and with a decidedly higher quality. The only thing perhaps to report is the bathroom. The sanitary fixtures are too close to the wall and the step in the bathroom makes it uncomfortable to use, also the smell coming from the toilet drain is quite accentuated, for the rest however we are satisfied and it was a pleasant stay.

We stayed at this B&B for two nights on August 19 and 20, 2024. What can I say? EXCEPTIONAL. Clean rooms perfectly in order. The manager Gianni was friendly and available right away. It's a shame I didn't meet him in person, I would have been happy to. If I were to return to Rome, I would definitely not hesitate to book this property. Highly recommended for those who love tranquility. Well positioned to reach the center of Rome by metro. COMPLIMENTS TO THE STAFF!!!
