We stayed two nights to visit Rome as tourists. The room is large and comfortable, and the balcony allowed us to have breakfast in a comfortable and open-air setting, exploited for the excellent temperatures that are still there. We also liked the management of the reservation; the host is really helpful and the service used for online check-in is really smart, all with the phone/PC and already suggests itineraries and places of interest. We also appreciated the location; we are outside the center, well served by public transport, and nearby offers some restaurants and a pub frequented by Romans, therefore outside the prices of the center and with a decidedly higher quality. The only thing perhaps to report is the bathroom. The sanitary fixtures are too close to the wall and the step in the bathroom makes it uncomfortable to use, also the smell coming from the toilet drain is quite accentuated, for the rest however we are satisfied and it was a pleasant stay.

We spent a very pleasant weekend at the b&b, managed by Gianni with the precious collaboration of Fabiana. It was all perfect. Clean structure, equipped with every comfort, and located in a perfect position for getting around both by metro and bus. It will be my point of reference for my next stay in Rome. Furthermore, being a travel agent, I will recommend it to my clients. Gianni and Fabiana, from the first telephone contact, proved to be cordial, kind and, having met them in person, they are extremely nice. Until next time. It was a wonderfully incredible experience. I came with friends and we spent a wonderful holiday in a very elegant and refined guest house. We can't wait to return and stay for many days. Quality, hospitality, cleanliness, everything was impeccable.
