We just arrived home after a lovely stay at the guest house. We were treated warmly by Tiziana who was great with the children. The rooms were clean and tidy in a friendly neighbourhood with some great value restaurants. Would visit again!!!

We booked 4 rooms for a sporting event at the Olympic stadium (distance reachable with a 30/40min walk). Excellent location of the property, about 700 meters from a metro stop (Ottaviano), excellent cleanliness and size of the rooms. Tiziana's kindness both before our arrival and during our stay truly deserves applause. Well done, we will recommend to those who ask us for a great place to stay in Rome.

The property is located near the Vatican City, just 15 minutes walk away and equally close to the Olympic Stadium. The neighborhood is very beautiful and tree-lined. We were very satisfied with the service. Tiziana was very kind and helpful. In the fridge we found plenty of water. It is a B&B, but very good, very good service, breakfast a little poor, but what was there was very good, and as for the room it is the same quality as a good hotel, everything very clean, private bathroom, bathrobe and slippers. I came with a friend to follow the Italian tennis internationals. The place, chosen for its proximity to the Foro Italico, proved to be a valid and surprisingly good choice for moving around Rome. But this, although an important reason, is not the main reason why the place deserves top marks in every respect. Clean and equipped room down to the last detail (from the weighing scale, to the iron, through to the capsule coffee machine included in the service), comfortable beds and elegant furnishings. Complete breakfast, friendly and helpful staff. Mrs. Liana, who runs the place, is an exquisite person, always ready to meet the customer's needs, also creating a family atmosphere that is appreciated. Highly recommended!
