The reception was great but the room was a very tiny for 3 persons. Bathroom also was small and the sink very uncomfortable, also from shower when the close the doors of shower was anyway somehow running out of water. The bad also sliding down which was for one person. I liked the location which close to colosseum and also very close to station Termini

The location is quite concenient: there are highly-rated restaurant and ice cream parlor downstairs. The front desk service is also warm and attentive. (And he showed some Chinese sentences to me and speaked really well.)
The room is small (10 m*m) but warm and clean. There is also a small refrigerator with two bottles of water as welcome. The only issue is that the soundproofing of the room door is not very good.

It's close to the center of Rome, so it's a good place to go on foot, and it's a special structure with a little terrace space. It was good to leave luggage after check-in and move around.

The hotel staff were excellent. It is near to the train station and walking distance to everything that you would want to see in Rome.

Our first stay in Italy. Hotel staff was friendly and welcoming. The provided great recomendations and answered all our questions.
The hotel 10 mins from Roma Termini train station and is within walking distance to most major attractions about 10-20min walk to these areas.
Hotel has a rustic feel with outdated decor but the beds were comfortable and the room was quiet at night. The bathroom is a little small with no counter space but it was clean and functional.
Overall we had a great experience and the hotel was very affordable.

Great location. With exception of train from airport, we walked everywhere. Renovated room 305 was compact but clean. Loved having morning coffee and evening wine on balcony facing greenery at back. Front desk staff were very helpful. Only thing to beware is small elevator stops on half floors, so you have to walk up 6 stairs to elevator, and another 6 stairs when you get off. Would definitely return.

the air was not working properly cld not sleep well people on the terrace were loud could not close balcony doors because air was not working okay
elevator did not stop on second floor had to carry luggage upstairs
