非常糟糕的體驗。我衹能説1500的價格，150的水平。酒店門頭很好，房間走很遠，七轉八轉才能到房間。房間小，服務差，保潔人員動了我的東西，酒店不給解決。如果有選擇，建議不要住老城區。

2023年12月15日就預訂了該酒店6晚房間！！！提前2個月，6晚，三人間。
由於自己的行程變化，6晚房（10號～16號）是分成三次預訂。為了避免換房，在國內特別找了該酒店集團郵件， 且獲得VALADIER GROUP-Claudio Iversa, director of Sales &Reservation 郵件確認：6晚房可以連續入住，不需要折騰換2次房間！（這個郵件也打印岀來給前台看了，完全沒用！）結果：
2024年2月10號晩上， 因為酒店系統問題， 晚上10點兩大人一孩子到酒店被告知我已經取消了當晩房，拿出攜程的已付款憑證都不認可！最後電話找攜程交涉才答應付一個400歐元的銀行預授權入住當晚，且第二天還要換房！
2024年2月11號～12號晚換成房間301號，這應該是酒店最犄角旮旯的房型吧！提前兩個月預訂的房型不應該是這樣的邊角房吧？！！！因為第一晩酒店系統的問題，以為會有抱歉的態度，沒想到301號像一個故意整人的房間！提前2個月預訂的房間如此：
#空氣完全不流通，唯一能開的小窗外是一堆樹叢和管道，開窗後我以為我住的是地下室！
#空調破爛，顯示不了温度，衹有一個遙控器，一啟動咔咔響，直接把人吵醒。
#大人孩子晚上噪熱難耐。全部都嗓子疼。
忍了兩晚忍無可忍，找攜程投訴！幸好攜程的客服相當給力，回覆迅速，解決高效。但酒店並沒有像答應攜程的那樣主動找我解決問題，而是早上我去前台諮詢，他們偶遇一樣的説：你們找攜程説有問題啦？有問題要找前台，不要找別人。你們想要換房現在就要收拾好行李。還得折騰一遍行李！！！
2024年2月13～15號的三個晚上，終於住上了一個像樣的三人間！
16號退房，答應離店後就解除的第一晚400歐元銀行預授權，一直到我21號回到中國都沒有解除。但有攜程的保證，這筆錢應該不會損失。
總體住宿體驗：酒店本身我認為有嚴重的欺負中國人的傾向！！！近20年來最差的酒店服務
酒店位置很好，露台自助早餐也不錯，前台貌似態度極好，但並不能彌補最主要的住宿差評！

不錯，房間是復古的風格，員工很熱情感覺是有正規培訓過的，門口有人幫忙拿行李還送我們到房間，唯一缺點是房間和浴室都比較小。位置很好，去哪裡都很方便

除了房間沒有窗户，早餐簡單，其他都很好，衞生間是新裝修的，很乾凈也很大，員工都很熱情，入住講解非常清楚。出了火車站過個馬路就到酒店了，很方便，距離聖母百花大教堂也比較近，走路大概十多分鐘吧。
