Rocco Forte Hotel De Russie

Located in the centre of Rome but far enough from chaos & close to the Spanish steps we were in a beautiful deluxe junior suite overlooking the secret garden. First time in Rome as a couple & we were truly fascinated by the timeless elegance of the hotel. Excellent service from the time we stepped in & special thank you to Mario & Nicola at Le Jardin. Housekeeping was impeccable too with attention to detail. The outside terrace at The Stravinskij Bar overlooking the terraced garden is the ideal place to wind down after a long day site seeing & shopping. Grazie until next time:)

It was a beautiful stay at the Hotel de Russie ! Room was beautiful, nice and warm for the winter nights. Service was attentive by everyone from Giulia the Guests Relations Manager and front office staff to Mario the Service Manager and team at Le Jardin who attended to us during our morning breakfasts, and of course, the housekeeper team who ensured we got everything we needed in our room. It was a very good experience that we had during this week both with the hospitality of Hotel de Russie. And I know the door men who will be saying goodbye to us , will like they have, everyday we have been here, the face of warmth and charm that starts our morning and ends our day. Thank you everyone! Came her with my wife to celebrate our anniversary Although we arrived late on that day but the hotel staff made it really special The hotel is basically an art gallery as you can see many paintings and sculptures as you walk through The breakfast is very good and what makes it more special is the warmth and hospitality of the restaurant crew The room was fabulous and the housekeeping is so good and meticulous The location is also very convenient making it within walking distance from many attractions

I always say what makes a hotel exceptional is the people, every morning at breakfast you’re greeted by happy and friendly staff, and it really sets the tone for the day, a special mention to Nicolo and Mario who put big smiles on our faces everyday at breakfast :) All the staff were delightful and this really elevated our experience at the hotel. The room was perfect, the marble bathroom is luxurious and the bed was extremely comfortable. Nothing was missed, I really recommend staying at Hotel de Russie. We already plan to come back!

Okay, where should I start? We have spent three nights in the Eternal City, two of them were at the "Hotel de Russie". And it was marvellous, breathtaking and outstanding from A to Z. Upon checking in, we were informed by the lovely man at the front desk (I am so sorry that I can't remember his name) that we have received a "little" upgrade. From a Classic Room to a Superior Suite. What a room! You can see our view from the attached picture, I could spend a whole afternoon just standing at the window of the suite looking into that breathtakingly beautiful garden. The outstanding Concierge Team (once again, I really can't remember their names, but this goes to all of them!) gave us priceless suggestions of what to see on Rome and made two dinner reservations that were 100% of what we were looking for. Thank you!! Breakfast was impeccable, please give the warmest greetings to Mario who took such good care of us - he's a real gem! We even got a little tour through the hotel by Giulia, the lovley Guest Relation Manager, who was so welcoming and charming from the check-in to check-out. Needless to say that the hotel is perfectly located directly at Piazza del Popolo, ideal for a City trip ad we did (and I assume for everything else, too). It was such a pleasure being your guests, enjoying your hospitality, your outstanding dedication to being amazing hosts and ambassadors for the City of Rome and the brand of Rocco Forte Hotels. Thank you for this unforgettable experience!
