We booked this because we thought this was the number 1 child friendly hotel in Rome. As we arrive the kids club was closed for our time period. No children activities for our stay. The food is mediocre Hilton hotel like. Concierge was outstanding 1000% great. There was a falcon bird chained up on the sky outdoor bar area which was odd. Apparently it comes often to the hotel. I just was more disappointed than anything for spending $800+/night. You can’t use the hot tub on top, the indoor pool was closed, and the roof bar need 3 day notice. Mediocre.

It's quiet here, but the quality of the Waldorf Astoria is not up to par. The parking fee is 45 yuan a day, which is incredible on the hill of Rome. The facilities are relatively old and really not worth the price.

The hotel is very large, and both the concierge and front desk services are very, very good 👍. It is not yet breakfast time for the early flight, and the hotel has carefully prepared snacks. When checking out, they kindly reminded me to have some snacks before leaving, which is super heartwarming!
