Unique apartment in excellent location. Comfy bed and lovely outside space. Everything you need. Caffès and groceries nearby. One block from bike rental and down the street from the coliseum. Taxi stands nearby.

We stayed 2 nights at this apartment! The beds are the best beds in all Italy! The place is small but very comfortable, very well stocked & organized! Walking distance to the coliseum, Carrefour Express & taxi stop! The owners were very helpful and attentive.

Very helpful and lovely hosts. Great location. Accommodation is clean and has iron, hair blower, coffee maker, however few things affected the quality of stay. Bedding: duvet is not in covers. Instead it's just between two ordinary sheets. What makes is stick out at each side and since it's basically used by everyone without covers seems quite disgusting. Shower: doesn't have any shelves so no place to put your soap or shampoo except the floor. If you of habit of brushing your teeth in the shower you have to come out to be able to put brush somewhere. Noise: worst of all is the constant noise. Seems that the water boiler is just inside a very thin wall that was boiling all the time. Very, very annoying if noise bothers you. Walls are so thin that you can even make the conversions of your neighbours, surely this goes both ways.

We booked well in advance as 2 couples of friends. We were informed a few days before arrival that after the first night they would change our apartment due to an organizational problem. We accepted so as not to have to start looking for something else again. First night ok, nice apartment although very small for 4 adults. The next day we changed apartments and found ourselves in a sort of ba*****t that smells of mold, a bathroom without a bidet or fan and dirty dishes. A steep and narrow spiral staircase. Notified the management who apologized but did nothing... I would say I don't recommend it. Very bad impression with the friends who had trusted me with the booking...

Excellent location, overlooking the Colosseum!!! Room very clean and arranged, bathroom in excellent condition as well as the furniture. Friendly and helpful staff! Quiet despite the area being full of nightclubs. Area full of free parking. Highly recommended!!!
