This hotel is completely non-refundable if there is a problem with the room. Reservation process for this hotel is bad, and it will cause a lot of problems. If you want to book this hotel, you have to think twice. 房間有問題的話,這間酒店是完全無法退款的。 訂房續費這間酒店程序不良,會產生很多問題如果要訂這間要三思。

Very close to Vatican City, you can see the dome of St. Peter's Basilica from the restaurant on the top floor. Fully equipped with kettle, quilts, etc. It’s a good place to stay when traveling to the Vatican

Generally speaking, the price is barely acceptable in Italy. This place is very close to the Vatican, but the size of the room is very small, similar to that in Japan.

The service is very good, the breakfast is great value, and the price is high. It's a little far from the city but it's quick to get there by car.

First of all let me just say this hotel was one of the best I’ve ever stayed in. The staff were massively polite, check in and check out were extremely easy & nothing was ever too much trouble. We stayed in room 107, just down the stairs to the left of reception. We were below normal ground level, so you couldn’t see through the window (not a problem at all), but it still let enough light it. The window also opened wide enough to let enough light it. We also had heating in the room which we could control ourselves which was lovely. It let off a bit of a funny smell as it kicked in, but nothing off putting. There was a pillar in the middle of the room which was a little bit awkward when getting to the table with the kettle on if someone was using the cupboard, but again this isn’t anything to do with the hotel, just the structure of it that can’t be helped. The room was small, but really lovely and cosy. The bathroom was right out of the way and was very spacious, with a lovely shower, sink, toilet and even a bidet. The shower pressure was slightly low, but again, nothing too bad. Getting a shower was still lovely. All I could recommend was a couple of shelves for body washes & hair products. The flush on the toilet was a little broken, when flushing it took a while to actual flush properly and water ran and splattered within the bowl with a bit of force, but this stopped after about a minute. We did find when using the sink there was a slight eggy smell for a little while which seemed to be coming from the drains. This smell didn’t seep into the main room though and didn’t stick around for long. The bed was amazingly comfy and so were the cushions. We had a phone which rang to reception, a TV, however only Italian channels as expected, a kettle and couple of cups with some tea bags. There is a chair and table in the corner of the room, and a storage cupboard with a safe which is free. There could’ve have been some more hangers in the storage space, but we managed perfectly fine. There was a slight water mark on the roof just as you walk in to the room, but nothing of an eyesore at all. The room was clean and the cleaners visited every day to see if your room needed a freshen or towels needed replacing. The foyer in the hotel was lovely, with a ramp and steps to make it accessible. We didn’t stay for breakfast in the hotel, but the room looked really nice. Through a corridor, up to 5th floor and you were at the hotels restaurant, which served amazing food, I 100% recommend the beef stew. I have a lactose intolerance and the hotel and surrounding eateries were extremely catering to my dietary needs, even with the language barrier in some places they were still very accommodating. The roof top balcony in the hotel was incredible, we sat there one night and with it being January it was quite cold, the staff offered everyone blankets so we could be comfortable whilst sitting out there and there was a heater too. Everything was quite affordable too

Hotel clean and staff friendly, Room was nice and cleaned every day. Only bad thing was you could hear next door going to the toilet or having a shower! Not a bad thing just alittle noisy! Good location- very near the Vatican- we walked everywhere else so very comfy shoes is a must!

The hotel was exceptionally clean, rooms very big, transport to and from the centre of Rome is plentiful and the staff are lovely, extremely helpful and very cheerful. Breakfast was good, plenty of choices of cakes, pastries, cold meats, tea, coffee, juice and the breakfast room is lovely with a view over St Peters. Downside is the plumbing in this hotel, hence not giving 5 stars. You hear everyone either running a bath, going to the toilet and this is annoying throughout the night. The walls are exceptionally thin so you do hear conversations and if you are a light sleeper, this won't be the hotel for you. It is such a shame as the hotel itself is lovely. There are some really good restaurants near the hotel as well, so getting something to eat is easy.

Room was just what I needed for a 4 night solo trip, it was my birthday when i arrived and there were ballons on the bed and a bottle of fizz waiting for me, nice touch! The room was nice and clean ( was cleaned every day) Lovely rooftop setting for breakfast with views of St Peters dome. The Gallo roof terrace was also great for a drink at night, again with great views. Staff were all really friendly and helpful. There are bars and restaurants within a 5 minute walk and a supermarket that is open 7am-9pm 2 mins down the road. I walked to the vatican city but for other places I used the freenow app for a taxi wich came in minutes every time. Would definitely stay at this hotel again.

Nice hotel in a very good location within Rome. Good facilities to use while staying there, the staff there were very friendly and polite. However the walls of the room were too thin for my liking, the person next door was a heavy snorer which disturbed my sleep one night while staying.

Nice quirky hotel in a residential area, close to the metro and about a 10 minute walk to St Peter’s Square, which can be seen clearly from the roof to terrace and breakfast area. Rooms are spacious and very comfortable. There is an incline to the hotel so maybe those that are not very strong on their legs might struggle. The hotel has a lift

This hotel was perfect for our trip to Rome - situated in a residential area with fantastic public transport options to take us into the centre quickly and hassle free. Staff at the hotel were super friendly and helpful throughout. We stayed in a quadruple room and the beds were extremely comfortable! Lots of shops and lovely restaurants/bars close by, much less crowded than the centre of Rome. Loved it!

We stayed here 4 nights as a family of 4 it was lovely! Very quiet the kids had their own section in the bedroom that gave them some privacy. The rooftop restaurant was lovely the food was great we would stay again only £14 euros for a taxi to the pantheon etc was a great base for seeing the city!

Very very pleasant stay! The hotel staff are extremely friendly and helpful, they catered to our every need and helped us with directions when needed! Very clean rooms and comfy beds! The breakfast area & rooftop bar are beautiful additions! Public transport links are just outside which is super handy! A beautiful budget friendly hotel a stones throw away from Vatican City! would highly recommend staying at this hotel!
