Impeccable. Upgrade my room. The environment is great. Invincible.

Rich is the best, it's conveniently located next to the station. The rooms are also good value for money. They will provide services if you ask, but they won't do anything if you don't ask.

Not recommended if you are sensitive to noise and vibration. However, I am very satisfied with the fact that I am insensitive enough to ignore the alarm. The breakfast is not varied, but it feels like they put some effort into it, all the staff are friendly, and there is a large supermarket right in front. Very satisfied.

The staff were all very kind and helpful. I was very happy that they gave me detailed instructions on how to access tourist spots. It is also easily accessible, about a 3-minute walk from Roma Termini Station. The breakfast venue was also delicious.
