Hotel Emona Aquaeductus

From the moment we arrived at this lovely hotel, it was clear that we had made the right choice for our trip to Rome. The entrance through their charming garden was a delightful touch — with cozy chairs, tables, and lush trees surrounding us, it felt like a peaceful escape from the hustle and bustle of the city. The real highlight, however, was the incredibly warm and welcoming staff. Max, who greeted us upon arrival, went above and beyond. He offered to walk us through a detailed map of Rome and gave us fantastic insider tips about the best spots to visit, ones we hadn’t even thought about! It was the personal touch that made all the difference. Inside, the reception area was just as inviting. The sitting area was stylish yet comfortable — a perfect place to relax after a busy day of sightseeing. Our room was not only charming but also perfectly priced for such a fantastic location. It was immaculately clean upon arrival and tidied up each day when we were out exploring, which we truly appreciated. The room had everything we needed and was a great base for our Rome adventures. The location was unbeatable — just a short walk to bus stops and the metro station, which made getting around the city a breeze. Plus, we were within walking distance of the Colosseum and the oldest church in Rome, which were incredible to visit. Although we didn’t try the breakfast (it was available for just over €10), everything else was so wonderful that I’m sure it would have been a great start to the day. I can't recommend this hotel enough. We will definitely stay here again when we return to this beautiful city. If you're looking for a combination of comfort, excellent service, and a fantastic location, look no further.

we recently stayed at this hotel and had a mixed experience. The staff was absolutely wonderful—everyone I interacted with was warm, friendly, and eager to make my stay enjoyable. Their service was excellent, and they went out of their way to ensure everything was perfect. However, I had an unfortunate encounter with the hotel manager (a woman), who was not very approachable or friendly. I found her to be quite unsympathetic, which left a negative impression on my stay. It’s a shame because the rest of the team was fantastic, but the manager's attitude really stood out in contrast. I hope the hotel considers this as they continue to provide great service.

Currently staying at this hotel for 3 nights. Horrible customer service. Had to ask the receptionist to fix the conditioner system for 3 times.... No effect, I was ignored. SO if you want to stay in this hotel in 37 degrees heat, good luck with that. I wouldn't recommend at all. Not even a 2 stars service.....

We stayed at this hotel during our visit to Rome, it is only 25 min walk from the Colosseum. The rooms are small but you have everything you need, the hotel is a bit old and some areas need to be maintained a bit better but overall good. Service was great, the staff at the front desk was very friendly. Their terrace is great.

Clean and great location, the room was clean and had all the well kepted. The padio was cozy and had a great atmosphere. The staff was great and I highly recommend the hotel.The front deck person was extremely nice and helpful, shout out to Mikey for all the help and suggestions for transportation.
