Junior Studio Suite with balcony was a small but neat and tidy room with a great size bathroom. Excellent service from the staff at reception. Property is in a great location, only 15 minutes walking distance to the Spanish Steps and other tourist attractions. Nice and quiet area compared to other parts of Rome and very easy area to navigate public transport to and from when required. Would definitely stay here again.

Overall, a decent experience. They were very helpful with an issue I had outside of the hotel. The experience fell short when the remote for the ac did not work. They claimed that it worked before my arrival. They were quick to respond by text yet when I tried to use the batteries from the TV remote, there were none. I don’t feel I was told the truth. When I later expressed my concern, I was answered with excuses. Mistakes happens it’s how it’s dealt with that matters. I wasn’t asking for a refund yet I did believe that a fair compensation was in order for having to sleep in heat & humidity. I would not stay here again.

Very Nice hotel. Clean and spacious room. Nice service. The reception wasn’t guarded, but you could call a number to get in touch with them, which was fine. We ordered a chauffeur trough the hotel to get to the airport early in the morning, which worked impeccable.

When we first arrived in Rome, it wasn’t clear where the apartment / room was, we rang the desk only for the man to hang up on us. We eventually worked out where it was and got to our room. A few times we went to speak to a receptionist and there was never anyone there, not the best when you’ve never been to Rome before and might need advice! The day before we were due to leave we spoke with the man on the desk (unsure of his name) and asked if he could book us a taxi for the following morning as we would be leaving early, around 4:45am, he asked us which airport we were going to, to which I showed him my booking details with the airport on. Today we were picked up by this ‘private taxi’ which cost us €65 with a tip (even though the taxi coming was only €40) and we got out.. bare in mind we have never been to Rome so had no clue which airport was which. We got to the airport and couldn’t find our flight, only to realise the taxi driver had took us to the wrong one! We then had to pay €55 euro for another taxi to the correct one! I emailed the hotel / apartment whatever you want to call it (it’s not the best) and told them of the mistake they made, and the response I received was disappointing, considering it was their fault as they had told the taxi driver which airport, even after me physically showing them my booking details with the right one on!! The second taxi we got was the normal ones all about the city and he said the private ones are not the best. So much for our ‘hotel’ accommodating us. I have emailed and asked for a refund for the wasted €65 but they are not taking responsibility! WOULD NOT RECOMMEND!!!

The day I booked was the same day I went to the hotel. I live in Rome and just wanted to celebrate my one year and six months with my girlfriend. We booked for a 63 euro room with genius *********** discounts for a 27m2 for a deluxe junior suite. Now this suite was supposed to be spacious. I arrived at the property alone around 5pm, checked in, the guy was very nice and gave me the keys to room number 2 next to the check in desk, it was a beautiful room and very spacious and I called my girlfriend excited for her to come over quick. Then I got a knock on the door and the guy said he made a mistake and that it was not my room, I was confused but went with it, he brought me to the 4th floor and opened a door to a very tiny room. I asked how big the room was, 14m2 there was a big difference! I was shocked and asked why we couldn’t have that room, apparently there was a plumbing problem or something, they could’ve told us in advance. The guys English was quite good but I decided to switch to speaking Italian since we are both native Italian speakers. The tiny room seemed fine apart from its size compared to the other one which did have a foul smell. I went down after speaking with my girlfriend and asked to have a refund or see another room/what were the other options. We checked out another room but it was even smaller. I was disappointed so we tried to cancel the booking by calling *********** but they never replied. Seeing that I had a dinner reservation at Oro Bistro later that evening and it was 6 I was in a rush. I decided to keep the booking and was cancelled the 7 euro city tax and given 7 euros as a refund which was ok. I went back to my room, my girlfriend arrived and clearly she was also upset. We couldn’t open the balcony window fully due to safety reasons, the AC was complicated to configure and did not work, the water in the faucet kept coming and going, WE FOUND A GRAPE IN THE SINK THAT BOBBED UP FROM THE PIPE. It just kept getting worse. There were no shower caps, no unused soap bars just a soap dispenser that smelled bad, the mini fridge had no food or refreshments (I went to other hotels recently and they had fully stocked mini bars so COVID couldn’t be a reason). The toilet was behind the bathroom door, they should’ve swapped that with the bidet since foreign guests don’t even know what a bidet is and it would be better access for the toilet. The shower was decent but not enough water came out of the shower head. The bed was good but my girlfriend said it was too soft, I think it was too small, we are 1.65m each and could easily reach both ends of the bed. The WiFi was honestly the best part of the hotel, very fast and good. We were too scared to pay extra 8 euros for breakfast so we went to a snack bar instead nearby. The location is great, there is a guy around the corner with a mini market open 24/7 it seems. The rooms are well furnished, elegant design but damn this plumbing problem kind of ruined our trip. The place is litera

Had a fantastic stay. Family: 2 adults with 2 children, central location, neat and clean, clean towels every day and a nice host who had provided us with every convenience, even arranged a taxi for us! Top guy! No construction work at all. Well isolated. You did hear some noise when the windows were open, but that makes sense. Will definitely come back! Family A Kaiser

Excellent accommodation, very central and nice rooms. Recommended for both couples and larger groups. The rooms are well kept, they are small but cozy, I will definitely go back. Nice blue light in the shower, nice touch.
