Booked this hotel for 12th to 16th October 2025 with a small group of friends (4). We received an email at the beginning of April saying that they have cancelled our booking. Despite multiple attempts at contacting them no explanation has been offered and we have still not been issued with our refund of close to £1000. AWFUL CUSTOMER SERVICE!! DO NOT BOOK!!

CLEANER STOLE MY APPLE WATCH FROM THE ROOM. When I approached the staff about it they just ignored any possibility that it could have been the cleaner as they were the only person in the room when the watch went missing. Nobody pointed out any safes in the room. Absolutely shocking treatment from the staff. Nobody expects to go on holiday and lose valuable items and then nothing be done about it. That’s me out of £500 and they have done nothing about it. Shocking. DO NOT STAY, CANNOT TRUST THE SECURITY OF YOUR ITEMS!

Just a 2 night stay at this hotel and it was perfect for what we wanted, the staff couldn’t be more helpful and welcoming. It was very clean and house keeping was in every day with clean bedding and towels. Location was good in a quieter area but still close enough to everything and still lots of stuff around the hotel. Taxis there were plenty and we also used the bus and metro to go to the beach which was absolutely beautiful the lido. Would definitely stay here again.

When I arrived, my room wasn’t ready so I was told to use the restroom at the nearby restaurant instead of the hotel itself. Prior to that, it was very hard for me to get my luggage down the cobblestone walkway to the locked steel gate door. It is a 3-4 part process to get in the building. The Shuttle is public transportation not hotel van.

They left us standing on the side of the road for 3 hours at check in. They would not answer the doorbell, the phone number or messages. We ended up needing to pay for alternate accomodation at the last minute and drag our suitcases through the city. We also had to cancel our plans for the day and it was overall just awful. When we did speak to them they were so so rude and basically told us they did not give a fudge. This is the worst accomodation I have ever dealt with.

Leider hatten wir das Hotel nicht besuchen können - wir hatten gebucht und bezahlt, jedoch hatten wir kurzfristig ein familiäres Problem, wodurch wir den Aufenthalt verschieben mussten. Das Hotel zeigt sich nicht kooperativ und behielt die Zahlung für sich und wir konnten die daten nicht ändern, wodurch wir ein anderes Hotel nehmen mussten und noch einmal bezahlen konnten.
