A very nice hotel! The room is spacious and comfortable, and the hotel accessories are of high quality. Breakfast is semi-buffet style, with a rich selection of bread baskets. Staying in the hotel at times felt like entering into a period drama. The entrance, common areas, bar and dining room were beautiful, and had such an intimate, old-world charm. Our room was absolutely stunning, the beds comfortable, the marbled bathroom a work of art. It was also very well stocked with drinks and snacks, and they always left us something delicious after turn-down service. Everyone we interacted with was warm and courteous and attentive, going out of their way to answer our questions and fulfill our requests, and we loved our breakfasts (just wish we had more space for all of it!). We stayed for four nights, and were able to get to all the sights we wanted to see by either walking or, if we wanted to take it easy, taking a bus (there were over half a dozen bus routes that stopped just down the street from the hotel). That said, because of how central the hotel is, there was a bit of noise at night. I'm used to living in cities, so it didn't bother me — I kinda like being able to hear muffled sounds of the city — but if you don't, there is a trade-off between being central and noise. I'd stay here again in a heartbeat on my next visit, the experience was amazing.

Guess the perfect room, staff, food and location of a hotel in Rome, with two words: Palazzo Roma ! The hotel is a Palace renovated. The staff is super ultra gentle and available. The architecture and decoration is superb, an art gallery ! Highly recommend !

Thanks to Ms. Cynthia, She is the smiling and kind person at reception. The hotel is very beautiful historical hotel in the center of Rome, the rooms are very clean, it is a new hotel, the breakfast is very good, the staff is very friendly and helpful. The walking distance from the hotel to the fountain of love is 200 meters. The first floor of the hotel is quite high. Each room has a different design. I was very pleased. We were welcomed very well at arrival, check in is very easy and they offered us some drinks.

Sensational Hotel and service Literally nothing more a hotel could have done to make our stay more perfect. The entire team at the hotel were excellent. Incredible. Our rooms were magical- like out of a movie. Truly lovely on every level. We will be back.
