we did not stay the apartment is NOT a hotel rachel is her own publicist (and i would suspect also provides the reviews) - we were “upgraded “ but the bathroom was not private and accessible to all the time we spent there reminded me of miss haversham, out of “Great expectations” -for those unacquainted with the novel -not good can provide real photos on request buyer be very aware!!! on complaint Miss Rachel “does not refund”

The real plus of the facilities is Rachele! She is a true champion of hospitality... As soon as I arrived, during Christmas time, he offered me a small panettone, hot coffee, fresh water and a bottle of champagne... Not to mention the comfortable King size bed and hearty breakfast, made with pandoro and panettone, as well as homemade pastry specialties, which offers along with tea, coffee, milk, chocolate and much more... Not to mention the kettles in the room, with three types of herbal tea, coffee, ginseng, chamomile, tea and three types of sugar... The additional services are fantastic! Sat disposable shampoo, conditioner, body cream and shower gel... Sheets and towels soft! A wonder!

There is cigarette smoke throughout the apartment. When breakfast was served (despite having booked and paid for it, it wasn't served on four days, even though I asked for it), it consisted of pre-packaged croissants and hard-boiled eggs and very bad coffee. Our room, which we had for eight days, was not cleaned. Rachele is nocturnal, and we were constantly woken up by her activities. Very unpleasant. Our room was very small. The key to the shared bathroom was missing for two days. I do not recommend this accommodation.
