The service is excellent. Breakfast is included. There happened to be a bus strike that day. We wanted to go to the station. The waiter booked a car for us the night before. He also packed breakfast for us in the morning. The room was also good. There was no lighting and it was a bit dim, but all the facilities were complete. It's a good new hotel.

The location is near the Vatican, and it is very convenient to visit the Vatican. But it is still a distance from the subway, but we mostly walked in Rome.
I am really grateful that the hotel has slippers and toothbrushes.
The front desk lady is very attentive, the service is timely, and she responds to every request. But the hotel does not have a laundry room.
The hotel has its own restaurant, where you can have breakfast. (The omelette is very good).

This is a lovely, friendly hotel hidden away in one of the cobbled streets very close to the Vatican City and St Peter's Square. Very comfortable, modern rooms tucked into a typical Roman building. We had a lovely room overlooking Borgo Pio which was lively during the day but peaceful at night. The bed was really comfortable, the bathroom compact but well equipped with a great shower. Room was serviced every day and was beautifully clean throughout our stay. Breakfasts each day are served in the attached restaurant and the food was fresh and delicious every time. The hotel restaurant is also highly rated and serves great food. Hotel staff were very friendly, welcoming and helpful - our flight was delayed, our taxi a nightmare and we ended up arriving very late in the evening. Not only were the reception staff looking out for us but they had kept the restaurant open so that we could get a light meal when we arrived. Couldn't have asked for anything more. A big thank you to all the staff for making our holiday memorable!

We spent four nights at this fabulous hotel in one of the best streets we found in Rome and we loved it. Great friendly staff who helped us with anything we needed. The room itself was split in two with two bathrooms, cleaned everyday and everything we needed was provided. It was easy to find we got the train from the airport then the metro and it was just minutes from the stunning St Peters Square and the Vatican. I could go on but suffice to say that if you are wondering where to go in Rome then we would wholeheartedly recommend this establishment. Finally we would like to thank all the staff/management for making our stay lovely, comfortable and most importantly memorable! 10/10 for us.

The hotel is beautiful, and the owners are amazing!! Highly recommended!!! Amazing experience and the location is also great!! The breakfast is super complete, the rooms and sheets super clean, the bed comfortable!! they received us like if we were at home!!
