This hotel has the worst values and business practice in the hospitality world. This hotel is run by people who want to take advantage of the situation and make themselves fall for their bad strategies. I tried to make a reservation, I put my debit card and there was no money, then I received an email saying that there was no reservation, the next day they contacted me very early with a call and asked me for another form of payment, I told them that I would use another card that I would contact They then asked for the money again. Due to their manner of management and insistence, I decided not to go to the hotel, but obviously there was no reservation since they sent me an email stating that it had not been made due to lack of funds on my card, but this hotel refused to listen to my request and used my card again, they have stolen 600 euros from me and they want to apply the policy method 7 days before the reservation. They refuse to return my money and don't even want to offer the use of the hotel with other dates. Bad business practice, they are thieves. The worst hotel with low customer card use practices.
