Location is perfect, staff is nice and helpful.
Room is very very old, needs renovation.
Too many steps to reach hotel, no elevator, if you have any luggage it is a problem.

The stay was very welcoming, the receptionist was very attentive and the location couldn't be better. The bathroom could be improved. A highly recommended stay!

Not a hotel, but a B&B. The location is perfect for Rome center, but the room furniture is dated and in bad conditions and the shower tiles are dirty and rusted. Not worth the money.

It was centrally located, clean and quiet and a nice light breakfast was provided. Staff were friendly and helpful. Highly recommend.

Not what I expected. It is more like an Airbnb. Very good location but not for someone who needs the services of a hotel.

The only issue was the air conditioner. It didn't work well and it was loud and sounded like a helicopter every time it started up or stopped. Replace that and this would be a five.
