Location is great, walkable distance to major attractions. Room is small, the shower has inconsistent temperatures, it is hot and cold intra a single second. There are small bugs but thankfully none of them bite. I have never seen anyone at reception and they chased me for the city tax payment which I made already. It was inconvenient as nobody was at counter.

I visited late at night after seeing that there was a 24-hour concierge service, but the door was locked and I couldn't get through when I called the hotel. Also, it wasn't a hotel in one building, but more like a B&B. Due to the problem with this reservation, I arrived in Rome, exhausted, and had a difficult and painful time because I couldn't find another place to stay until 4 AM. Strongly not recommended.

Hotel totalmente desonesto, me assediaram dias seguidos para cancelar a reserva feita anteriormente e pagar em dinheiro que dariam um desconto. Diversas vezes informavam que a reserva estava em risco de ser cancelada. Depois trocaram as datas das reservas, faltando 48h, e eu e minha mulher com voos marcados e check-in da aérea feito, tivemos que cancelar a viagem, e ainda cobraram 900 euros no cartão de crédito. LADRÕES. FUJAM DESSA ARMADILHA. Totally dishonest hotel, they harassed me for days to cancel my previous booking and pay in cash and they would give me a discount. Several times they informed me that the reservation was at risk of being canceled. Then they changed the dates of the reservations, with 48 hours to go, and my wife and I, with flights booked and airline check-in done, had to cancel the trip, and they still charged 900 euros on the credit card. THIEVES. RUN AWAY FROM THIS TRAP.
