The toilet smells very bad and the toilet floor is dirty!
The soundproofing of the room is very poor! Although the location is very close to the attractions, it is convenient!
But I will definitely not stay in this hotel again next time. I cannot accept a hotel with poor hygiene! ! !

The hotel is in a great location, just opposite Piazza Venezia. The hotel facilities are very good and the service is OK. The breakfast is so-so, not a buffet, but a shared restaurant with few choices, but the taste is OK.

Today is the 1st day in Rome and I cannot be more than happy with AMAZING SUITE PIAZZA VENEZIA ! Perfect location surrounded by lots of cafes, bars and restaurants, the street is beautifully decorated. Apartment is so clean, well designed and so spacious and new ! MARTINA is the STAR ! She is so friendly and helpful over WhatsApp and even more AMAZING when we met her. . She passionately shared all the attractions around this apartment and MONICA is very helpful too when we asked for help w the safe. All requests today was met promptly. Thank you for your warmest welcome and help MARTINA !! Looking forward to a great stay here 👍❤️

We stayed here for three nights. The staff were brilliant and went out of their way to make our stay wonderful. I location was central to everything and full of energy. The balcony is small but gives a great view of everything going on. I would highly recommend.

This residence truly is amazing! I felt that I received excellent individualized attention. Martina welcome us immediately. She was waiting for us at reception and was totally professional and friendly. She shared a wealth of information. Facilities were fantastic. Very clean and safe. Quite spacious. Everything in my apartment worked extremely well. I am so pleased.

We truly enjoyed our wonderful stay at the Amazing Piazza Venezia Suites! The location is perfectly located for convenient walks to all of the historical points of interest in Rome…the Colosseum, the Pantheon, the Trevi Fountain, the Vatican Complex, and so much more. The Apartment is very nicely appointed with everything needed for a very comfortable stay. The bed was so comfortable and the balcony offered a very nice way to enjoy coffee in the morning as well as spritz in the afternoon. And lastly, I cannot express enough how amazing the staff cared for us during our stay…even arranging all of our private transfers to and from the Apartment! Without hesitation, I gladly recommend the Amazing Piazza Venezia Suites for anyone visiting Rome!!

The room itself was good and had a view from the balcony but it was very tight on the balcony. One of our chairs were broken so we could not sit outside together and this wasn't replaced or collected. The bed and bathroom was spacious and comfortable. 2 TVs one in living area and 1 in bedroom area but did not have English channels except news. The breakfast was awful. We had to go to cafe around corner called Cin cin not much choice or food. We basically had 2 eggs and 2 skinny pieces of bacon. The next day this was closed so we were sent to another cafe for very poor breakfast a toastie of 1 piece of bread cut in half. The lady Georgia was lovely and helped with any questions we had. Location was good. Rome itself was quite unclean, people just throwing rubbish in streets, tourists and locals. This did cost a bit and I think there could be better else where for the price.
