Although this hotel has the potential to be great, it was a great delusion.
The location is excellent, but the hotel is on. The first floor and the lift/elevator doesn’t work properly and it’s quite small. So if you are travelling with a big luggage, it’s not the hotel for you.
The room wasn’t big but it made do, the main issue was that it was falling apart. It feels like they’ve put a fresh coat of paint and thought none noticed the cigarettes left by the previous occupants, the broken door on the balcony, the soap provided only for one guest, the bathroom that it’s breaking up, all the plugs that were not inserted, the A/C not working, etc etc.
We will most definitely not be coming back.

Great area, close to Repubblica Metro station, however easily walkable to Trevi etc. Check in was easy, the young lady at the reception explained everything to us. Although we had only one night there, we had all that we needed. Room was clean. And we even were allowed to leave our luggage to take later in the evening. The area has a lot of restaurants close-by, and bars where you can take a drink and just relax. We wouldnt complain about anything, just one tip. When you are searching for the main door, just notice that it is a big palazzo, and the name of the hotel is at the entrance, near the door bell. Just be careful to see it:) otherwise everyting was nice and lovely. WIll recommend it.

Went and stayed here Wednesday and Thursday when our flights were cancelled as a last minute booking, and we loved it. The staff were attentive, friendly, approachable and couldn’t do enough for us and the room was modern, clean and spacious. The air con worked well, the bed was comfy and the bathroom was lovely. The shower was especially nice! The hallway also had a lovely air freshener so it smelt amazing too. We would absolutely love to go again if we find ourselves back in Rome, would recommend!!

Fantastic hidden gem. Brilliant facilities with lovely staff and perfect location for exceptional prices. Only complaint it was a little noisy but nothing crazy. Would definitely recommend and would definitely book again if I ever return to Rome.

Hotel with a very good location, just 5 minutes from a metro station. It's located in a very old, poorly maintained building. It has a very, very old and very small elevator. About the room: comfortable bed. When we arrived, I saw the pillows were suspiciously covering the headboard, and yes, they were covering it because it was stained from rubbing heads. It was upholstered, which doesn't seem like a good idea for a hotel. We slept 15 cm from the headboard. The room was very small, and the worst part was that it had no closet! And there was no hanger except for the one in the shower. On rainy days, like ours, there was nowhere to leave wet outerwear. I asked for a hanger for that night; they understood, but didn't provide one. The parquet floor was very deteriorated, leaving a very bad impression. If you go to 105, I advise you not to open the window; it overlooks a small, dirty, grimy courtyard. Despite its location, I wouldn't stay here again and certainly wouldn't recommend it.

Hotel located in a condominium, in an excellent location 10 minutes from all the main attractions. Hotel without major pretensions, where there is no breakfast in the morning. Rooms that were given to us at 11am without any explanation, but very clean and quiet. Very kind reception staff. If you are looking for a base to then wander around and only for one night it's fine. Otherwise, turn elsewhere
